Near Liverpool airport this is one of several offerings for the stay and park deal. We enjoyed a hassle free check in and service was very attentive from all staff from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. Good sized clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Transfers to the airport are by taxi that is paid for by the hotel. Super value and much more cosy than some of its competitors that charge more.

Good location, not expensive to get into town by taxi. Rooms were clean although a bit aged.
I was visiting Liverpool for a friends engagement party and the buffet breakfast was amazing, escpecially to help clear the hangover the following morning. Staff are very friendly and offered my lost of freebies (not big, free parking and half price breakfast voucher) without me having to push for them which made a pleasant change. Would definatley stay here again.

We booked the Crowne Plaza as we had an early flight from Liverpool airport. The Hotel is situated in the old Airport Terminal Building, but the decor is very modern with old Airline publicity posters on display. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Very nice. The downstairs bar was a bit too brightly lit, and had 4 large screen tvs which didnt add to the ambiance. All in all a nice hotel.

Stayed here on the work Christmas night out and it was very good. Excellent value for money (£51 for the room), clean and professional staff.

This hotel is very close to the airport (and also my grandmother's house), making it a convenient option for travelers and my family.

The hotel seems fairly new, with an impressive facade and clean and modern interior. We booked a points break (5000 points) room and a normal paid room (the cheapest at 64.95).

Initial impression was very good. The woman on reception was polite and professional, and informed us that we had already been checked in as Platinum members. Both rooms were on the 2nd floor, near the lounge. The size of the rooms (one twin and one double) lead me to believe that they were upgrades. I asked the hotel and was told that they were standard rooms ("but a bit nicer ones that we use for our gold and platinum members").

The good:

-beautiful hotel and rooms
-nice shower
-upgrades and recognition for Platinum members
-convenient location
-reasonable prices

The bad:

-internet is expensive (5 pounds for one hour, 13 for a day)!

Overall, we really liked this hotel. It is reasonable, attractive, and they treat Platinum members very well (even to the extent of upgrading award rooms). Apart from the excessive internet charges, I couldn't find much wrong with the hotel. We will definitely be back.

My partner and myself booked ourselves a suite recently when visiting family, it was as a bit of a treat. The suite was advertised as a bigger room and had a jacuzzi bath, we also had use of the club lounge.

So the room was fairly big but overall it was disappointing as it was pretty tatty. ripped wallpaper, dusty, marks on the curtains, holes in the nets, there was a breakfast menu on the back of the door to fill out in case you wanted room service, the card on our door had been filled out by someone already dated in November, made me wonder how well the room had been cleaned.

I have stayed in a few Crowne Plazas around the world and it wasn't up to the usual Crowne Plaza standard.

The jacuzzi bath was nice and the club lounge was good, served alcoholic drinks a couple of hrs a day, think 5.30pm - 7pm or something like that, rest of the time soft drinks. The guy serving was very helpful and pleasant but just one issue there, my partner was flicking through the TV channels and came across two 'adult' channels which isn't really what you expect.

The Breakfast was a bit chaotic when we first arrived and the table was a bit sticky, took them a while to restock items at the hot buffet when they ran out, it did quieten down and they seemed to cope a lot better then.

The last issue came as we were getting ready before checking out, check out was 12pm I was getting dressed in the room and at 11.30am the maid knocked and entered before I could stop her, I was right next to the door, she didn't even pause, I wasn't too happy as I was just in my underwear. Not sure how difficult it would be for the cleaning staff to check with reception who had checked out. I did mention this to reception when checking out and she said she would have a word but just finished off the mediocre stay.

I don't think we would book again and would perhaps try the Hilton

We stopped here for a night when visitng the Christmas Markets in Liverpool, it is about a 7 mile trip into the town centre.

The hotel was very nice, we were upgraded to Club Class so had a few extra priviliges, the room was very nice with a comfy bed. We had breakfast delivered to our room and that was on time and very tasty.

Not a lot else to say really other than we would definately stay there again,
