I have been here a couple of times now, and it has become my "go to" restaurant for a good evening out while in Liverpool.
Last went with my family (wife and 2 girls) and from the moment we walked through the door until we left, were treated exceptionally well. The girls (young teenagers) loved the vibe of the place, which is seriously infectious: I too was singing along happy birthday accompanied by a mariacha band rendition to the birthday cakes (with sparklers), as they went to their various recipients. The service is great, always there to help, even though they are incredibly busy.
The food is also excellent, more tex-mex than authentic mexican, but in all honesty sooo tasty and delicious that I much prefer it this way. The kids meals were extremely well proportioned, excellent value for money and left them incredibly pleased, leaving the adults to enjoy a huge choice from a very enticing menu. The nachos as starter is a must, (could easily have this as a main) and the steaks were seriously brilliant.
Bottom line: Great meal out. Great ambiance. Great service.
HOWEVER, ALWAYS reserve a table first as they seem to be booked up days (weeks) in advance on busy times.
