This is reliable in terms of overall quality. The rooms are clean, beds are good and the location is close to most of Liverpool's cultural locations.

We stayed here for one night and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are basic and clean, the staff were friendly, the showers were good, the beds were comfy, the prices were cheap. It is within walking distance to everything that you want to see in Liverpool.

I'd booked this hotel as I was due to see a show at the Echo Arena. This was cancelled with very little notice. Got the £19 room rate which was excellent. The bar was offering spirits doubles for £1.50. I ended up being charged £6.50 for a double Jim Beam and bottle of Coke. That taught me a lesson, hence my value rating not getting full marks. Very close to the City Centre, shops and all those stuff Liverpool relies on now their football is of poor quality !
Didn't get breakfast or a meal, which I felt were both overpriced.

Room Tip: Back facing room. Not much noise which I would prefer.
