first time to stay at this premier hotel, location is good ,like most of the priemier hotels standard is also good, nice bar with good selection of drinks, did not try the restaurant as i think they are a little on the expensive side, room was comfortable only gripe was no shower gel in the dispencer which i only found out when soaking wet ,staff that i had any dealings with were ok not as friendly as other premier inns that i have stayed at,but that could just be a one off,got the room at the 29 pound rate which is always a bonus, all in all a good place to stay and i will give it another try in the future.

The hotel is very handy for the shops and ferry to IOM. It was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The food was a good standard and excellent value for money with the evening meal and breakfast deal. The only complaint I had when we arrived was that having booked a twin room, we got a room with a double bed plus a very small put you up bed with a mattress about 2cm thick!!!! Considering we had been promised a good night sleep guaranteed, this was a bit odd. How was the adult in the camp bed going to get a good sleep????
Luckily we were moved to another room with a much more proper second bed. I don't think an adult should be expected to sleep on a camp or child's bed and we were booked in as two adults as far as i remember.
I would definitely stay there again, but i would check with the hotel first that we were going to get two decent beds and not have all that hassle of waiting for a move when we arrived and were tired and hungry.

Room Tip: Check what kind of twin room you are getting. Put you up bed is not great.

the hotel itself was lovely, clean and the staff were very friendly! we have stayed with premier inn before and have no problems. but on this occation we parked at the car park opposite and were dissapointed when we were departing that it had cost us £17.90 which was a bit dear! the cost of staying at the hotel came to nearly £70 because of the carpark.

We booked two rooms for one night for our family of five. We stay at Premier Inns regularly and are usually allocated two rooms side by side, or nearby so that we can be close to our teenage children, but on this occasion we were put several corridors apart, and it was quite a trek to and from each others rooms. If we had stayed longer this would not have been ideal but as it was only for one night it wasn't really an issue.

The rooms were basic, clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. There was some late night noise from revellers returning from a night out which we could hear through our window at the back of the hotel.

Overall, a good budget hotel in a central location five minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants and fifteen minutes walk from Albert Dock.

Room Tip: If you are travelling with family and require two rooms for a larger family, I suggest that you requ...

would really recommend the food excellant quality at very reasonable prices.
staff were very help full and friendly. there was a carpark across the road but there was a charge of £17.00 for a 24 hour stay we felt this was dear. we found another carpark which was £6.00 for 24 hour its at the end of the street turn right and you can see it . we would definetly stay at the premier inn again.
