A lovely boutique hotel situated directly opposite the famous Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and just a short walk from the cathedrals, shops and central tourist attractions. The spectacular restaurant, decorated with massive shards of glass, has a classy air and serves excellent and imaginative food. Bedrooms have a typically minimalist feel, but are appointed to a very high quality. The beds are enormous and extremely comfortable.

My wife and I have stayed here on five or six occasions. Every aspect of the hotel is impressive. Externally and internally, the hotel is engaging. It is located, ideally, for events in The Philharmonic Hall and within easy walking distance of the major and world-renowned religious and secular buildings. The staff displays an unfailing courtesy and expertise. The restaurant is excellent in terms of both lunch and dinner. Definitely, one of the best boutique hotels in UK cities.

Hope Street hotel is on a road that has had a major development. Keeping the look of old and classic with a modern twist. Perfect place to stay for business or a weekend away. On the street is full of world culinary. Including tapas, Italian and Modern English. You can tell as you walk into the hotel that the owner has thought and used people with a good eye for detail. The rooms does not disappoint either. My room had hard wood floor and modern fitting furniture. The bathroom has high end Vola taps and a freestanding bath tub. Free wifi in the room and good quality teas and coffee and mineral water. They also give you hot chocolate. Which in a lot of hotels it's an additional cost. A 24 hour cardio gym with a running machine, cross trainer and a rower. Really friendly staff that make you very welcome. In a really good part of town only a few street away from the main centre and far enough so you don't hear all the drunks. Only negative is the parking. After 6pm it is free but as the hotel does not have its own car park it's pot luck where and when you will park on the street. Sunday night parked straight away. Monday had to wait about 30mins to get a parking spot. Also between 8-6pm it cost around £4 for 2 hours. Parking aside I would definitely stay here again. A vibrant and relaxed hotel.

Stayed one night with my wife and was very impressed by all aspects of the hotel. Check in was pleasant and simple, the hotel was clean and well laid out and the room itself was spotless and stocked with everything you could need. Staff were only too happy to help offering papers, wake up calls etc. Would highly recommended.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I would certainly stay again, if I was ever in Liverpool. It is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street Station and from outside it would be quite easy to miss. The welcome was friendly and the staff helpful. The decor was lovely - very unusual, modern and clever, the room well appointed, very clean and facilities good. It was a reasonable price for two, breakfast being an extra, but worth it. The vegetarian cooked breakfast a really nice change.
The bed was a little squishy but otherwise the room was very comfortable with all the extras you want and more - and a well lit mirror in the bathroom! There was no view, unless you count overlooking a derelict building, but I wasn't expecting one, so not disappointed. lots of nice little independent restaurants in the street.
there was a small gym but I didn't get round to using it. it would have been a nice area to go out for a jog
check this out before you book anything else!

Room Tip: if you're looking for a room with a view - you will have to ask as there probably aren't man...

Within walking distance of Liverpool One which makes it a great location, although you might want to get a taxi back if you have shopping bags. Staff at reception were great with their information. The room we had was comfortable and warm. Great selection of teas available and nice toiletries. Probably the quietest hotel I have stayed in, but maybe that is because we were at the end of a corridor. We'll go back to visit :-)

Room Tip: Ask for a street view if it is important to you.
