Been delayed writing this due to internet access but trust me this place is worth waiting for, if you can get up by the penthouses the view over Liverpool is stunning (standing their with a glass of something is even better) staff were fantastic, food was brilliant but the breakfast was without question the best I've had anywhere, even your thinking of going STOP and just do it

Room Tip: If you can push the boat a little have a penthouse

Second stay here. Just as good as the first. The secrets of success of this hotel is the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable and has easy access to the city centre.

Booked via secret escapes website. Quality hotel in an ideal location to see main attractions in Liverpool which are a10-15 walk away. Breakfast is delicious with a good choice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed at the Hope Street Hotel during a long weekend in Liverpool. The location is excellent; easy walking distance from both magnificent cathedrals, just round the corner from the intriguing Hard man House and a gentle stroll from the City centre and docklands attractions. The Hotel Itself was immaculate. Fine contemporary decor, giving a light airy feel. The room in which we stayed was clean and luxurious in feel and afforded views towards the Mersey. The breakfast was an excellent spread, and the staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. In all an affordable taste of luxury.

We visit Liverpool twice a year and always stay in The Hope Street Hotel. It is always a pleasure to stay here, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and from the fourth floor there are wonderful views of the city.

The breakfasts are great.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The rooms are spacious, bathroom facilities tremendous. There is a very small car park out the back that we were lucky to have a space in, there are certainly cheaper places (and more expensive!) places to park in the city but the availability of this car park and the safety of the barrier made our trip much easier.

Just returned from a short stay at this hotel and had a lovely time. The Reception staff were pleasant, professional and helpful, reserving us a car parking space before check-in, in the small car park, which was much appreciated.
The rooms were bright and spotless. The beds, huge and comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries, adding a hint of luxury and the tea tray was stocked with a great variety of fruit teas, chocolate, coffee and English tea. Fresh milk was brought up to the room on request and delivered with a smile. To coin a phrase, 'nothing was too much trouble'.
A gorgeous hotel, situated far enough away from the main hub of the city to be quiet but close enough to get to where all the action is, with ease. Would definitely recommend.
