The Radisson Blu is situated right in the very heart of Liverpool's business quarter. It is an impressive, upmarket hotel and service here is very good. The restaurant overlooks the waterfront and serves excellent food. The buffet breakfasts are particularly good. Very convenient for the cruise terminal.

Very nice hotel ,disappointed no parking facilities ended up paying £30 for two nights stay also would have liked a complementary gift for my 50th!!!! Breakfast grea, good selection pool a bit cold though nice, would return again.

We stayed the last two nights and were disappointed with the lack of response to problems we had. The TV didn't work and when we reported it were told that the previous guest had problems so wiggle the cables about! This didn't work so they said that the maintenance guy would sort it out on Sunday but didn't.

The bath area had black mould which we told reception about on the first day, and the second day but nothing was ever done about it. Laying in the bath looking at black mould was not good.

On the plus side the room was a decent size and the bed comfortable and the staff pleasant.

I was disappointed to read the response given to you after you reported the broken television and the mould in the bathroom. We have just gone through all the bathrooms last month and restored silicones and grouts where necessary. I will make sure that we revisit your rooms to make this right.

Stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel on a Saturday night, lovely hotel with excellent and very quiet spa facilities.

We were slightly disappointed to be given an adjoining room (could hear next door's conversations) and twin beds instead of a double, but the staff were very apologetic and offered complementary breakfast as an apology.

Despite this, overall a lovely stay.

Stayed with my friend, the room was lovely, the bed so,so comfortable.... Just the quilts are not big enough they just touch the edges of the bed, the room was very warm, so we had to have the noisy air conditioning on. The bathroom had excellent lighting. The hospitality was amazing, complementary wine and choc dipped strawberries as a birthday celebration. Thank You.....
The day we left a Santa run? Was been held with about 8000 people dressed as Santa running through the streets of Liverpool, we needed to get to the train station, although it wasn't the hotels fault a Taxi couldn't get to us, we were told just to walk to the end of the street where we would find plenty of Taxis...... All I can say is we are still walking!!!! It was a struggle getting to the station with heavy bags and cases, we asked plenty of the road side assistants of the run and each time we were told you will not get a Taxi until near the station.... I think the hotel should take a note of this info for next years guests, ......

I am very pleased to read that overall you enjoyed your stay and that you liked the quality of our new beds. I will folow up on the quilt that was too small though. That should not have happened.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the noisy A/C unit in your room. I will make sure we pay more attention to this as part of our preventive maintenance program.

The Santa Dash always is a great event each year but it does cause disruption to the local area. I will look into what else we can do to make this an easier process next year.

I hope you will decide to stay with us again next time.

We were made to feel very welcome the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful, this was my first night in Liverpool I will be booking again, was considering the hilton next time but this hotel treated us so well we will not bother.
5 star service we loved it.

Stayed 3 nights whilst attending a conference. This hotel has an amazing reception/foyer area, especially if you look up!!! The room was nice and spacious, the bed large and extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. I loved the quality of the toiletries and that the towels were large and thick. The breakfast was the usual buffet style with a reasonable selection on offer. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and one bonus was the free wifi in the room. I would stay again.
