Plus Points:
1. Check in from 2pm
2. Clean room and bathroom
3. Fab view of the Mersey
4. Delicious food as part of our NYE package
5. Pleasant staff
6. Nice breakfast

Minus Points:
1. No mention of the included Prosecco and chocs at check in - had to call the desk to enquire
2. Not much atmosphere in the restaurant/bar to bring in the New Year
3. Breakfast, although nice, was a little disorganised as we were in the restaurant for a good 10 minutes before staff offered us tea or coffee, and there were no side plates available until we'd finished our meal.

For the price we payed I expected a lot more at this hotel. Hotel itself looked beautiful but rooms were basic. Staff was rather stuck up. We put a sign on the door for breakfast in bed, good job we checked in the morning as it was still there at 9am. Will not be staying here again.

A splendid hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The accomodation is excellent (I have stayed in different rooms), the business room offers stunning views over the Mersey. This alone is worth the extra cost (even if you only pay the higher price once!).
Breakfast is excellent and again, offers wonderful views over the front.
It is my favourite hotel in Liverpool.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea-view.

We stayed here on a Sunday night to ensure that we made a morning appointment at the UKBA (a 2 minute walk from this hotel). The hotel was very easy to find, and valet parking was good. They seem to have a very liberal late check-out policy. They offered a 6pm late check out, which was gratefully accepted as we didn't know how long our appointment would take. The hotel did accept our dog and they did not charge extra - Nice!. The restaurant is closed on Sunday nights apparently, but the bar food was quite good and reasonably priced. There was a huge screen for watching the football. There are little grocery mini-marts only a minute away, and it's a short walk to the Liverpool One area with plenty to choose from if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was included at our rate and was quite good. I have already recommended it to several friends as a place to stay if they need to visit Liverpool. It's our third visit here, but this is the first hotel I would return to.

It is fantastic to hear that you have recommended the Radisson Blu Liverpool to several friends and that you would choose us as your number one hotel in Liverpool.

The hotel is indeed right next door to the United Kingdom Passport Office, and makes a great stay for guests who need to visit as it makes an easy visit. We are more than happy to accommodate guest’s requests, and I am glad that we could assist with a late check-out. We also offer a secure luggage room should you need to stay later in Liverpool.

£299 per couple for the New Year's Eve . So we had the room , which was fine ( though hot because A/C didn't work) the meal in the restaurant which was fine, but just us. We moved to the bar and there was a young DJ setting up . No effort at all to put a New Year atmosphere into the night ..we watched t.v. for the countdown . Otherwise would not have known we were seeing in the New Year...D.J.wrapped up at 1am cos he said that was all he had been booked for, by this time few people were there anyway and the doorman was telling one guy he would put him through the (**full on swear word **) window !... We had guests from abroad staying and were left feeling very apologetic and uncomfortable ...sorry - though some staff were wonderful they just haven't got this hotel right.

Room Tip: Rooms in the corner furthest from the main lift, give access with your card key to another lift which leads down to the pool and spa.
