“Excellent central location”
Reviewed 18 November 2013 via mobile

Just spent a weekend here with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. Around the corner from central station and a stones throw from Liverpool one. The room decor was very modern and clean and we enjoyed the apartment idea as you could relax in the room with a bit to eat and drink. There wasn't a peep to be heard Saturday morning which allowed us enjoy lie in.
Overall had a great time and def recommend it for a weekend break.
Staff were very helpful and friendly

Had a great stay in one of the studio apartments. Was all very new and had the feeling of a New York loft. Even had one of the beds that folds up onto the wall. The bathrooms were super modern and very well decorated. not one fault with our stay.
No bar but can order drinks at reception and bring them to your room.

The hotel is centrally located only a few blocks from the Lime Street Train Station. The room is very nice including a small kitchen if you wish to save a few pounds and cook for yourself. The hotel is modern. The rooms includes many TV channels and free WiFi. The bed folds up into the wall for more room. I have some back issues but the bed was great Great idea if you are inviting friends over. They have a laundry room which is reasonable. I believe 3 pounds for a washer and 4 for the dryer. The washer even included the detergent. The front desk staff were fantastic. Gabriel answered all questions regarding getting around the city. I took a tour of Anfield Stadium, the home of Liverpool Football Club and they talked me into taking a cab instead of using the bus. In 15 minutes I arrived where the bus and a walk might have been 45 minutes. Even prior to arriving I had emailed the hotel to get directions from the train station. The directions were spot on and it was only a five minute walk. I hope to return to Liverpool and would definitely stay here again.
The only unusual thing they do is charge your credit card 100.00 pound in case of damage to your room. By the time I arrived back in the states the money was credited back so no roblem there. Keep in mind that since it is an "ApartHotel" you will have all kitchen utensils including a coffee and hot water pot, but no coffee or tea bags. So bring sure to pack them with you.

couldn't of asked for a better location to stay in liverpool city centre. right in the centre of everything. one minute walk if even that to all the main shops and restaurants. Central train station on the doorstep literally step out the hotel and couple steps into the train station. perfert if you've got the ferry to holyhead and hopped on the train from there. free wifi which is always a plus. rooms aren't huge but big enough. great little kitchen. couldn't of asked for anything better. price was great as well compared to some of the other hotels around. will be back next year do to my xmas shopping for sure. the only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is 1. as there is a kitchen you can hear the fridge buzzing, got so annoying had to go and turn the fridge off. they all make that noise at home we just dont sleep next to it. 2. as there is a ktichen in every room, some may like to make their own breakfast, or try to as twice when we were there the smoke alarms went off. the sound went off pretty quickly, but until the reset the alarm, it'll flash in your room.

Stayed for one night during the week. Rooms are large with small kitchenette. Bathroom also a good size, but shame there's no bath. My room had a great view I'd the Anglican cathedral. Great to have free wifi and free view tv. Lighting in room needs to be brighter away from the bed. I didn't sleep well as bed and pillows were all hard and there was a funny noise in the room. Breakfast was ok, made better by the great original decoration as hotel using the original staff canteen of Lewis' with 50s fittings. Staff were all friendly.

I've just started an assignment that will be taking me up to Liverpool on a regular basis. The Adagio Liverpool City Centre was a real find ... Right in the centre of town close to the stations, good restaurants and some lively bars it is a location to wind-down after a hard day's work.
