So new you can still inhale the lovely aroma of new carpets in the corridors. Fantastic total sound proofing from the outside world, even on rooms overlooking the main road outside. Cosy bedrooms as they have air con that you can set well above 23 degrees, not the small wall mounted radiatorrs some Premier Inns have. Only a 5 minute walk from Lime Street railway station. Unfailingly professional yet friendly staff in all departments. Large Tesco supermarket next door for lifes essentials. Was able to check in at 12.30pm rather than stash luggage away in a cupboard. Got a £19 sale rate. I'll be back!

The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool yet offers a very good standard of accomodation at competitive prices. The Q Car Park is virtually next door and offers secure, clean, covered parking. With the discount voucher available from Reception the parking cost is competitive for its location.
Reception staff are helpful and the meals are generally OK and relatively low cost.Only issues were that all breakfast items on the buffet were not always available, the automatic fans in the bathrooms are noisy (due to be fixed) and toilet paper was not renewed by housekeeping.Receiving a toilet roll in reception and transporting back to the room was not ideal.

Room Tip: High floor rooms to avoid external noise from busy main street.

Fantastically placed Premier Inn. The sound of doors banging constantly from early in the morning was a sad negative (might just be my room). Bad TV reception was also annoying for such a new and potentially perfect place. Niggles which shouldn't have been an issue in such a new hotel.

This hotel is brand new and as such is very clean and still feels freshly painted.

If you plan ahead and get one of the £29 rooms it is, without a doubt, superb value.

There are self service checkin points which are novel and work well.

The rooms are clean (as you would expect), come with tea and coffee facilities, a TV (Freeview channels only), hanging space, a desk and both an illuminated and full length mirror. They are also fully air conditioned.

But it's top end prices are steep for essentially a three star hotel.

You have to pay extra (£3 a day) for Wi-Fi, (£1 a day) for a safe and as far as I am aware there are no rooms with fridges.

Parking is at the Q Park next door and the hotel have a discount rate of £9.50 per day (down from £14.50) and its less if you arrive after 4pm and leave before 9am.

Breakfasts are expensive at £8.25 per person (UNLESS you have Children under 16 who eat free or you have a huge appetite as it is all you can eat).

But if you don't need the convenience of an at Hotel breakfast there are loads of superb places to eat in walking distance and a Tesco superstore next door.

All told a recommended city crash pad and great value if you book in advance.

Stayed for one night 28th December. Excellent location only couple of mins walk from Liverpool 1 shopping and plenty of pubs nearby for night out. Staff were excellent and very helpful. We took the meal deal which was excellent value. Will definitely stay again. Don't worry about not being able to check in until after 2pm - if you take your bags they will put them in a secure room for you until you're ready to check in.

Excellent brand new hotel in a great central location.Got a room at the bargain price of £30 on new years eve and would have been just as happy happy if we had paid more. Far superior than travelodges and some "up market" chains we have stayed at,wonderful team delivering a great level of service, breakfast and bar prices really good. Cannot praise this place highly enough. Well done guys your doing Liverpool proud.

Room Tip: Don't think you can go wrong with any room here.

Cannot find a complaint stayed for one night and for £20 I honestly cant complain. This hotel was brand new and was spotlessly clean had a great nights sleep in lovely room. The location is perfect right on top of Liverpool 1 for food/shopping and right by most of Liverpool's best clubs so it wasn't far to work after a night out. As well as this the main bus terminal is a walk away in one direction and a train station in the other it would be hard to complain for the price. If the offer was to come around again I would come back.
