We have stayed at many premier inns as they are such great value for money. Liverpool one did not let us down, the rooms are modern and comfortable and the restaurant was set out in a lovely cosy way and the food was great too (especially the buffet style breakfast). The staff couldn't do enough to help and where quick to book us in. Having two children with us this was just what we needed. Liverpool one is set in a perfect location for quick access to shops, bars and restaurants and of course the wonderful sights of Liverpool itself. We have already book our next stay here. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this brand new premier inn for two nights.
We managed to get a £29 room for one of the nights and paid £70 for the other night.
The hotel is in an excelent location about a 5 minute walk from Lime street station - right near the shopping centre and close to bars and restaurants.
When we arrived we were greated by a friendly receptionist and after dropping our bags we headed to the bar where the bar staff were both very friendly too.
Our room was clean and spacious for a budget hotel. We were on the fifth floor and therefore our room was very quiet.
We decided to have breakfast in the morning which was £8.25 per person. The food was hot and tasty and was filled up regularly.
Overall I could not fault this hotel or its staff. I hope the high standards continue as we would like to return here the next time we are in Liverpool.

Room Tip: Quiet rooms on the fifth floor.

My husband and I stayed here for one night last Friday, we were not disappointed in anyway, got there at 12.00 (midday) couldn't check-in until 2pm but we could leave out things in a locked room and got given a ticket, staff very friendly at all times - didn't use the bar or have breakfast, the bar did look nice though!. Room good size with everything you would need, hairdryer, t,v vanity mirror etc, the bathroom even had a shower and bath. The bed was very comfy and great because it had 4 good pillows which makes a differance and no noise from outside considering we were at the front on a busy street. The hotel is located on a very busy street next to Liverpool One and all the shops. Have stayed in several hotels in Liverpool and have to say this is one of the best. Had a great stay and will def be going back. There is a Tesco's next door with everything you could need (if like me you've forgotten something) and next to that is the car park, this car park is next to Tescos (2 mins walk away from the hotel), charge is £9.50 through the hotel, you can go in the car park first get your ticket and the hotel will validate it on your exit, be warned though we stayed about 3 hours over the 24 hours and got charged £18.50 in total so it was £9.00 extra for about 3 hours, I know that has nothing to do with the review but wanted to warn you.

So new you can still inhale the lovely aroma of new carpets in the corridors. Fantastic total sound proofing from the outside world, even on rooms overlooking the main road outside. Cosy bedrooms as they have air con that you can set well above 23 degrees, not the small wall mounted radiatorrs some Premier Inns have. Only a 5 minute walk from Lime Street railway station. Unfailingly professional yet friendly staff in all departments. Large Tesco supermarket next door for lifes essentials. Was able to check in at 12.30pm rather than stash luggage away in a cupboard. Got a £19 sale rate. I'll be back!

The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool yet offers a very good standard of accomodation at competitive prices. The Q Car Park is virtually next door and offers secure, clean, covered parking. With the discount voucher available from Reception the parking cost is competitive for its location.
Reception staff are helpful and the meals are generally OK and relatively low cost.Only issues were that all breakfast items on the buffet were not always available, the automatic fans in the bathrooms are noisy (due to be fixed) and toilet paper was not renewed by housekeeping.Receiving a toilet roll in reception and transporting back to the room was not ideal.

Room Tip: High floor rooms to avoid external noise from busy main street.
