I got a great deal paying £29 & £60 for a family room sleeping 4 arriving Easter Monday, rooms were very clean and bathroom had a great shower. We took advantage of the meal deal offer and the kids ate free at breakfast, food was great both dinner and breakfast only slight issue we had was the service during dinner which could have been quicker between the courses but this would not stop me returning to this hotel as the location was also very central to the shopping areas, bus station and the central train station which we used to go to Southport for a day out.
The staff were very friendly and the all you can eat breakfast service was top class, I cant remember the woman's name (black hair and glasses I think) but she always made you welcome and was quick to get you a table

Stopped at the Premier Inn L1 for the grand national meeting.
Brand new hotel in L1 as close as you get to all the main attractions in Liverpool.
Very friendly staff still on a learning curve as it has only been open a few months, checking in could do with speeding up, on the whole a very comfortable stay. I have to say one of the mosy comfortable beds I have ever slept in a hotel. Good value will definately be back.

Me and my partner stayed here in February, we often stay in various Liverpool hotels and this was our worst experience yet. I had stayed in other Premiere Inn hotels and I had told my partner how great they were. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave us our room keys. We went up to our room and it looked well presented but as I went to the bathroom, I lifted the lid of the toilet and there were splashes of feces all around the toilet bowl. We tried to call reception off the telephone provided but there was no contact number available so we had to walk back to reception to complain. Shortly afterwards a lady came and cleaned the toilet but after she left there was still a small amount of feces in the toilet. This made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room, bathroom floor, bed sheets etc which made the rest of our stay uncomfortable.

As we were only staying in the hotel for two nights we put a 'do not disturb' sign on our bedroom door when we went out as we prefer our privacy. When we came back we found that our room had been serviced regardless, and the do not disturb sign placed back in the room.

We went for an evening meal in the restaurant and as we were seated we noticed a commotion at a table of other guests complaining because a member of staff had spilled red wine on a customers clothes. We were the only other table of guests and we waited a long time to even get asked for a drink because the staff were busy trying to solve the situation. This made us feel very uncomfortable.

Please feel free to call myself direct if you wish to discuss the matter further, we do offer a good night guarantee and want all our guests to leave with nothing but a great experience

The hotel is just in the heart of Liverpool city center, perfect for shopping, party, etc

The rooms are well equipped, clean and even though the hotel is close to all the club, you do not hear anything.

We had everyday breakfast at the hotel, our choice was continental, it could be improved adding maybe some breadrolls and more lactose free products!

The service was great, everybody was willing to help you at any time!!

Do not hesitate to choose this hotel! Great value!

Although I'm a regular Premier Inn customer, they tend to be in country locations. I was apprehensive about a city-centre hotel in a busy area. In fact, I need not have worried. Excellent check-in staff, friendly and helpful. Room on 4th floor was immaculate and very quiet. I'll stay at the hotel next time I'm in Liverpool!

I must have been the only person stayin in Liverpool overnight on the eve of the Grand National, and I have to say the staff were brilliant here.

Staff were friendly, professional and attentive.

When an Iron wasn't available on my floor, one was brought up to my room within five minutes.

Rooms were spotless.

At breakfast I witnessed a member of staff deal with an obnoxious guest professionally and calmly.

Keep up the good work PI L1!

This was the first time we had stayed in a Premier Inn but if this is anything to go by it won't be our last. Location was perfect 5 mins walk from Lime Street station. All the main tourist sights were within easy walking distance. Shopping and excellent places to eat all close by. Comfortable and clean rooms and very quite. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but this was only because there were so many other excellent places to eat on the doorstep. Will stay here next time we visit Liverpool.
