Have been here a few times now, and despite the massive potential it has, can also see why it is almost always empty every time I go.

The bar itself is nice enough, nicely furnished and decorated, and it has a great location, venues with outdoor seating are few and far between in Liverpool. However, the problem lies with the staff who whilst polite enough, are completely disinterested, don't clear the tables and treat your presence as an inconvenience. Also quite pricy for drinks, the dreadful Pumphouse is always busy due to the footfall from the attractions at the Albert Dock, however this place is always dead. Management should take notice, since it has the potential to be a decent place.

Visited Brasco Lounge on Liverpool Waterfront on the morning of Oct 6 2013. Took a seat outside given the fantastic Autumnal weather. Waited for 10 mins with no service, waitress arrived only to clean the table (which it didn't need as it was spotless anyway) and then left without taking any order. Waited another 15 mins and with no service decided to go elsewhere.
Real shane as the bar is in a nice location and looks like a nice place to dine - sadly never got the chance to find out.

Just been for a late lunch and being a vegetarian I'm usually limited when dining out but they offered me the vegan menu even though there was plenty of vegetarian friendly dishes on the main menu, staff were welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. Even stayed for pudding which was tweaked to our liking and was the most delicious Knickerbocker Glory I've ever had. Will definitely return soon and will be very soon. Would highly recommend 10/10.

I've been here lots of times both for food and drink. The last time was a week or so ago.

The location is good, on the waterfront and just across from the Museum of Liverpool and near the Albert Dock. We often go after work for a couple of drinks. They have a very good range of draught and bottled beers and ciders. The place is always popular but not often madly busy. Staff are very good, welcoming and helpful.

I've also eaten here a few times. The Tapas menu is good (that's what I ate from last time) but the wider menu also has some good stuff on it. I've had the steak sandwich, a couple of the burgers and some of the salads and all have been well done, nicely presented and of a generous size. Good value as well.

The thing I like about this place most though is the relaxed feel. It's a nice place for a solitary beer or for an evening with friends as well as a very good choice if you are down by the Mersey.

One of those places that is bright both in and out. Originally first stopped whilst with family for a cuppa and ended up having some breakfast and the food was divine. Loved the layout and quality of my meal and then had another coffee. Could have stayed there all day. From what I gather the place hasn't been open long and we have come back a few more times when visiting. Staff are lively and up for looking after you. Since arriving in the city long term I have since visited and wasn'tas busy as iI remember which is a shame as is a hidden gem.
