Lovely little cafe. Extremely cheap inside. Ideal for light bites and veggies.

Walls filled with various art for sale as well as empty wine bottles as lightshades!

Will deffo be visiting again soon!

“Lovely food, great atmosphere and photography/art exhibitions too!”
Reviewed 24 May 2013

Stumbled across 81 Renshaw cafe and what a find! The food is reasonably priced, freshly cooked and delicious! The staff were lovely and we were delighted to find a great photography exhibition at the back of the cafe! Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will be back for more food and art.

No other word could descride this lovely little art cafe then 'beautiful'. so rustic and cosy, with warm welcoming, friendly staff for who nothing was too much trouble and we could have sat in the lovely 'home from home' like surrounding all day, most definatly a place we will be visiting again, and again, and again.

“Yummy vegetarian food at last in the city centre!”
Reviewed 31 March 2013

We have become regulars at this lovely little eatery on Renshaw Street and as vegetarians it is difficult to find such consistency. The veggie breakfasts are delicious and incredible value for money. Our 11 year old eats the small meat breakfast with a drink included and has become quite a fan of 81 so much so that when we try others places it never matches up!!!!. Bronwyn the owner is very friendly and happy to please. I understand the back space is open to hire and very reasonable price wise for the city centre. Give it a try I am sure you will not be disappointed and remember cash only.

“A cosy as your own home”
Reviewed 21 February 2013

Lovely new art cafe on Renshaw Street. Probably the best full english breakfast in Liverpool. Cooked to order no less! There is a veggie/ vegan version too that my partner had and she said it was fantastic. 81 Renshaw has a lovely homely feeling, it's like a cosy living room. They have excellent coffee and home made cakes, some of the cakes are vegan friendly and gluten free. There is also a large room at the back used for events and can be hired out for private parties. A lot of love has gone into this place. Check it out!
