Stayed here to recover from a works celebration. Faultless. Staff wonderful, a special mention to Katarina who was the most efficient and professional executive I have ever met! The room was clean, quirky and luxurious. I will definitely return. Very happy.

I enjoyed reading the previous reviews, they certainly confirm that the hotel business is a tough one!
I am currently staying in a very nice suite. It is lovely and I would thoroughly recommend this room and the hotel.
Breakfast was nice, the service was excellent. I didn't try the evening meal but the menu looked good.
Location wise it couldn't be better. Central to everything, the docks, the Cavern and even the shopping area.
It's not a noisy area. A bit of traffic volume but nothing of note.
It's quite a quirky hotel - almost boutique.
Recommended.

I went to the Eforea Spa at the Double Tree by Hilton in Liverpool today and had the hot stones massage which was done by Chloe. It was amazing and so relaxing. Chloe made sure I left relaxed and got rid of all the knots in my shoulders. It was so good I have already booked for next month. Well done team. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Room was large and quiet.
Fast internet.
Good deals on cocktails at the bar.
There was a piano in the bar but no one was playing.
Comfortable bed with pillow choice.
Good air conditioning.
Great location.
I would return.

We stayed here for my boyfriends birthday and it was brilliant a huge thank you to the staff for putting the balloons and banners in the room and also for the cake you made our stay extra special, the room was lovely and clean and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was also good, we will 100% use this hotel next time we return to Liverpool
