I stayed at 30 James street apartment when celebrating my 18th birthday, and it was beyond explanation. The room was amazing, and the view was spectacular. The service received was very welcoming and all the staff where lovely! I will definetly be returning, and would advise anyone staying in Liverpool, to stay there.

Stayed here on Saturday night part of an hen party. As soon as we walk through the door we knew we were in for a treat. Check-in was quick and easy and the two receptionist on duty were really friendly.
The rooms were well decorated and big, really luxurious. That evening we went to the Bar and once again all I can say is wow, great service and fantastic views over the city. Can wait to be back.
Thank 30 James street.

From checking in, the journey was truely amazing, when entering the hotel I was greeted with exceptional service from the receptionist. I think his name was Shaun, he went out of his way to make sure we was happy with everything. I was also given a tour of the hotel, everything was just fabulous for me & my partner I could not fault anything. We can't wait to come back again :) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at the new 30 James street hotel, what a joy !we were lucky to get a room, from check in which is personal and original, from the charming and very professional Shaun, who was busy but well in control to Steph who took us through the booking in flawlessley.
our room was opulent and equipped well, tea, coffee facilities, excellent in our own kitchen!
we asked for more milk and it seemed to be there before we finished our first cup.
Shaun escorted us to the rooftop champagne bar and gave us a brief talk on the history of the hotel, the bar looked amazing and was full of life, the cocktails were being made for us by the smart barstaff it felt 5 star, the restaurant was not open yet but i pre booked my table, by the looks of things it will be something to behold, my wife and i were overwhelmed by the professional and courteous staff and can not wait to go back.

I have visited this building a few times. never been open though. Always have known about its history and it's connections. I visited this building on its first ever opening. And then went again 16/5/14 upto the roof to the Carpathia bar and restaurant. But the restaurant is not open yet though. The bar was very atmospheric and very orientated to the famous ships that the Liner company's used to make. The service was so lovely pouring our drinks for us and made us feel so warm and welcome. The only problem with the building is. The Lift it's tiny so we had to walk up the stairs 8 floors to get a drink. Well worth it though the view and the service are second to none.
