The room was a fair size, clean and comfortable and very modern. Accessories all in black. Cool! We had a John Lennon suite with a king size bed. The washroom was great. View was ok. and service was good but not outstanding. Wi/fi was included.

Room Tip: Ask for street view.

Had a nights stay in Liverpool and stayed here , what a great hotel , its in a good location -near to the docks and Liverpool one shopping centre, our room was a standard double and did feel a little claustrophobic purely from the positioning of the bed, bathroom great, tea and coffee facilities within room.
The hotel decor is lovely everywhere clean and tidy , bar areas are comfy, clean and tidy, staff are very helpful, breakfast is self service -which was excellent, staff are around to help at all times.

Stayed here for work & leisure. Typical problem in UK & Europe of too many Eastern European staff who are not used to service standards expected of a supposedly "starred" hotel like this. Lennon will probably turn in his grave if he were to visit. Conveniently located in the heart of Liverpool, period.
Food's not great.

We has alot of fun at this hotel. We had a king size bed and was surprised how big the room was. I don't know if they gave us a special room on not but it was bigger then most of our hotel rooms in the states. Hotel staff was very helpful when we needed more towels they came right up. The sunk in bathtub was super exciting for me since in our whole 16 days in the UK we only had 2 bathtubs out of 9 hotels. As soon as you walk out the door and turn down the alley your in night life central so you can't beat the location. Loved the Beatles decor and that they play nonstop Beatles in the bar. We didn't have time for breakfast but the restaurant looked really nice. We parked over night on the street with no problems but I don't think that preferred. Great hotel would gladly stay again.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights , the staff are extremely polite and friendly the room is excellent although we could slightly hear the local restaurant / bars but it didn't spoil anything the breakfast was always hot with plenty of choice and staff ( Patsy ) are constantly wiping surfaces and always willing to talk and suggest places to visit, which really helped as this was are first visit to Liverpool . Can't wait to re book my next weekend break.

Every Beatle fan who visits Liverpool should stay at this hotel. Besides being a really nice, comfortable hotel...the Beatles are everywhere! There are pictures in the rooms, in the hallways, in the lounge, in the bar and the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, Blake's (after Peter Blake...Sgt. Pepper album cover), we only ate breakfast there but everything was delicious! More choices than you could possibly eat, all fresh and beautifully displayed...and Beatle songs playing while you eat.
For me, it doesn't get much better unless Sir Paul walked in himself. There is also a display of photos on one wall of the restaurant showing every single person on the cover of the Sgt. Pepper album. As for the hotel staff, they were extremely courteous and helpful with everything from free Wi-Fi instructions (coming to our room personally to help us) to helping us find a church in the area.
On the day we checked-out (check-out time is 11:00 AM) we planned to stay in Liverpool until early evening when we were taking a train to London. The hotel graciously stored all of our bags behind the desk securely while we spent our last day in Liverpool.
Last, but not least, just outside the front door is the best Beatles shop in town....which just happens to be on the corner of Mathew Street...home of the Cavern Club and other Beatle haunts. It's a wonderful little alley to walk down and it is righg outside the door of the hotel!
We loved our stay and would definitely return.
