My husband booked this hotel as a surprise for my birthday. We were greeted at the door and the reception and check in was very quick. The hotel has fab decor and is well maintained. The room was absolutely lovely with attention to detail. It was immaculate. The noise was not as bad as expected for such a busy area of town on a Saturday night and we were able to sleep just fine even with the window open a little. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel which is a must for all Beatles fans (like myself and my hubby). Top marks from us

Booked this Hotel for 3 nights as part of a Birthday present for our Batles themed trip to Liverpool. Had got a good deal direct with the hotel. From book in, until we left, everything was very smooth and comfortable. It is brilliantly decorated, from the foyer to the bars and restaurant, to the rooms themselves. Loved the little touches like the themed amenities and do not disturb signs, that all have their own special little meanings. Loved the design of the rooms, and the way that they are set up with computer controlled ease of lights, tv, music, etc, etc. Really couldnt fault anything about the hotel. We faced the main street, and where there from Sunday to Wednesday, and really didnt have any troubles with noise. Yes, it is in the middle of the city and in the Cavern Quarter, but not overtly loud when we visited. You really dont need to be a Beatles fanatic to stay here, but it does help !!!

Just back from great trip to Liverpool..
After a mix up with amount of beds in the room we were upgraded to one of this suites, and were offered complimentary drink whist waiting for this to be sorted, which was really nice.
I requested a quite room when booking, however 3 feet from our bedroom window was an external lift with scaffolding around it, I assume this was taking workmen to the roof to fix the damaged caused by the fire?(we should have been made aware of this in my opinion).
Ask about this when booking,as the noise starts early in the morning and could spoil your stay. The only other complaint I could raise would be the cleanliness of the rooms .. I think the maids could do a bit more, especially in the bathroom .. And the bedding wasn't changed at all on the 1st night !
But overall a beautiful hotel with friendly professional staff (Penny in particular was very pleasant and helpful)..
I'm planning another trip to Liverpool later in the year ,and will try this hotel again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter and dad. The hotel put a pull down bed in the room for us, which kept the cost down for our stay. The hotel was tastefully decorated and a must for Beatles fans. It is very central and being so close to the Cavern Club adds to the buzz. The staff were great especially the doorman who had a wee chat every time we went in or out and Jimmy in the restaurant who chatted to us and served copious amounts of coffee. We booked the hotel only a week before travel so got a great price, £90 per night. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Just back from a brilliant trip to Liverpool and this hotel was the highlight. Great staff - couldn't be more helpful. Lovely food - no need for lunch after their breakfasts!. Brilliant rooms - never seen such a huge bed! Great artwork - I'm a huge Beatles fan but I had never seen many of the photographs and paintings before. Very nice lounges and bar - a bit pricey but worth it. Only slight drawback? Road outside is quite noisy from early morning - if you can, ask for a room not overlooking the main road. This couldn't spoil our holiday - there are good deals online - go for it!

Room Tip: See above. Not overlooking the main road.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the hard days night and arrived back last night.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young girl name Jamie who was very polite and helpful nothing was any trouble, she also asked us what our plans were while we were staying and wa so interested In us as a couple and made sure our journey had been ok and if we required anything the booking in was very simple and easy and her printer wasn't working properly to print out receipt so she gave us the card for our room and directed us to our room and said she would bring our receipt up to the room. As she said within 5 minuets she was nocking on the door and very politely gave me the receipt and explained times ect for breakfast.

We stayed in room 219 on the second floor and the room was fantastic, very clean and amazing with complimentary water, the television was amazing and there was also toiletries slippers and lovely fluffy towels In the room. The bathroom had a bath and shower and was very clean. The corridors and the rooms were amazing with the Beatles memorabilia and I would highly recommend. We went to visit the Beatles museum which we didn't think was as good as the hotel if I'm honest however the elvis and the 4d was brilliant.

We had breakfast at the hotel which was lovely and we had a very friendly waiter. I asked if we could keep our room on at reception for a bit longer which they were more than happy to do so free of charge, on checking out the guy which I didn't manage to catch his name asked us if we would like to leave our luggage behind the desk if we wanted a walk out up to town before heading back. I also asked about the weddings that they have their and within seconds someone was on hand to show us around the venue wi no pressure this was amazing and we even got to see the wedding suite room...
We are now looking to book our wedding here and will be revisiting this has been the best hotel I have stayed I. And the staff were amazing thank you all lovely staff

You will want to get back to this hotel. A wonderful experience with a very friendly staff and fantastic doorman.Rooms are beautiful. Best hotel value I experienced in the United Kingdom. It's right above the famed Cavern Club and close to all shopping.
