This was a real pleasant surprise. We went to Liverpool with our teenagers on a Beatles "pilgrimage". The hotel is beautiful even if you aren't a fan. If you are...it's perfect. Great location. This is the most modern hotel I have stayed in anywhere. Very comfortable. We did not eat anything in the hotel so I can't speak for the restaurants. If you make a left out of the hotel and walk about 300 yards you will come to a huge complex with shopping, restaurants, and a movie. I wish we had stayed in Liverpool more than 24 hours.

Fanastic hotel situated right in the heart of Liverpool, with the shops 1 minute walk away, and The Cavern club literally round the corner. It's not an "in your face" Beatles hotel, theming is subtle, and whilst it will delight fans of The Beatles, it's a great hotel on its own merit, regardless of its theme.

Situated in a gorgeous historical building, the hotel is immaculate. Staff are well-presented an very friendly. We stayed as part of the "Love Me Do" package and had a gorgeous queen size room with balcony, with a bottle of champagne waiting on ice, a welcome letter and some bath treats which my wife enjoyed.

If you do stay here, you musts eat at the hotel restaurant - Blake's. Probably the best meal we've ever had. It is very pricey, but, so so worth it if you want something that little bit more special. After dinner, why not try a few cocktails in the bar- maybe not the "Fab Four" which is £600 though!

Room service is quick and efficient, breakfast in bed is superb also. Simply fill in your card and hang on the door before going to bed, and your breakfast will be there! Free wi-fi also included. You can also park at the Q-park Liverpool One, literally 2 minutes walk away, and the hotel will give you a discount off the parking charge when you leave.

All in all, probably the best hotel in Liverpool.

This hotel was gorgeous! Amazing workers here; Charlie was so adorable and kind, Laura was so outgoing, hope she does well in theater, Andy was super friendly, the doormen always welcoming you to have a chat, rooms were always clean and comfortable, and being a HUGE Beatles fan, I loved all the pictures and the hotel's style was great! We stayed here for 6 nights and every day and night was absolutely great. (: Miss it very much!

We went to Liverpool to explore the home of the Beatles, This was a great home base. Easy walk to everything. Rooms are large, modern and, of course, feature Beatles photos. Beatles music can be heard in the rooms and lobby. A lot of fun for the one night.

We stayed on the "Summer of Love" Package which was very good value, including 2 nights, breakfast, 1 dinner, and champagne on arrival... which was chilling ready in our beautiful room! We were on the top floor, with fabulous views over the city. The room was very big for a city hotel, with walk in wardrobe and lovely bathroom. The Beatles theme was very subtle in the room (just a picture of Macca above the bed headboard) - so would suit non-beatles fans too.
The staff were very friendly on check in, and in the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast, and the cocktail and drinks menu great - with very knowledgable staff. Lovely smellies in the bathroom, along with bath robes, and then the usual hospitality tray plus real fresh coffee and coffee maker. The bed was huge and soooooo comfortable.
Location excellent too - very central, with easy parking (reduced rate) at Liverpool1 Q Park - just get ticket from hotel reception at check out. We did the "Beatles" stuff - round corner from Cavern, doorstep to Liverpool 1, and only 10 min walk to Albert Docks.
Loved everything about it!

The most comfortable bed ever - like sinking into a sea of feathers. Bed was huge! Big room, fabulous bathroom, wine chiller, coffee maker, balcony & huge TV. But ... no decaf real coffee in restaurant and cocktails were expensive and tasted weird.
