“Average food”
Reviewed 15 August 2014

Visited on a Sunday and needed to queue up for a table. As it was only two of us, we got a table quite quickly. The decoration of the restaurant is ok, but as we were sitting near the closed windows, it was a bit hot and not enough fresh air. Food was average and compare to other dim sum place, the choices are not too much and it is a bit pricy.

“Average food and service”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

Had lunch there with a friend and really there was nothing to impress. The service was average and sporadic. Our table was not cleared after having Dim Sum and the waiter just tried to push the plate of noodles onto the middle of the table. We had to ask for our plates to be replaced and were told to eat the noodles in the bowl. Though we didn't object, both my friend and I would have preferred to eat on a plate. The choice of dishes were good and the menu offered some very interesting dishes. The most disappointing dish we had was the Crispy Noodles, it was soaking in oil. On the whole not as impressive as some make it out to be. There are better Chinese restaurants offering better quality food and excellent levels of service.

“Good meal”
Reviewed 11 August 2014

I had a good meal here. The service was varied, I found the male waiters more friendly than the female. The Peking duck was gorgeous and I would definitely go back again for that. Singapore noodles were not so good but they were passable. Overall it was expensive but good.

“Average food and overpriced ”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

apart from tge yam paste dumpling tasted funny everything else we had were OK. Not sure if it was the excess msg or salt in the food, felt very thirsty afterwards and no water drank could recover. However the staff were extremely friendly

“Superb service and good food”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in London, especially for taking visitors from other countries as the menu is suitable for all tastes and palates. Amazingly efficient service and extensive menu. Good Dim Sum on a Sunday- but be prepared to get there at opening as no reservations !
