Definitely a hidden gem among London's corporate sameness. Attentive Spanish service, a great and interesting wine list and one of the best lamb dishes I've had all year. What's not to like?

Small Spanish style tapas restaurant with courtyard near Tate but away from the crowds,
Well cooked simple tapas well served by friendly staff and on an evening you can sit in an enclosed yard and drink your beer or wine

We wanted to get away from very crowded Southbank and stumbled across this Tapas Bar. Lucky for us they had room and we enjoyed a lovely meal, great service and a decent wine. Staff were attentive and helpful and food was beautiful. A good variety on the menu and will come back to try more.

I rarely write reviews but felt moved to after reading a couple further down. Have eaten here many times over the years and always loved it but, having moved further away, the chance doesn't arise so often. We took the opportunity to call in for lunch yesterday on our way to Tate Modern - so glad we did. We were offered a seat in the garden as it was a beautiful sunny day, but decided to sit at the bar to take in the atmosphere ... relaxed and unpretentious, great music ... it really does feel like a little piece of Spain.

The food was top notch, beautifully fresh and decent portions. A couple of the daily specials were particularly worthy of mention tuna empanadillas with a light, crispy pastry and griddled white asparagus with the most delicious sauce (the thought of which is making my mouth water!). The quality of the ingredients shines through and service was friendly and welcoming. Have honestly never had a bad dish in this gem of a restaurant. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed (unless perhaps Nandos and McDonalds really is more your thing!)

We were just looking for a place near the Embassy Tea Gallery for a quick bite to eat the other evening, and found this restaurant. They did not accept bookings, but at 19H30 on a Thursday evening there were a few tables left.

Food and wine were both lovely, but steer clear of the after dinner spirits
