My daughter and I stayed with Harley and Meena at the Coach House for nine nights. The
accommodations consist of a complete little house, two twins in a single bedroom downstairs with a bathroom (shower) and full kitchen, and a double bed and a twin bed upstairs with a full bath (the upstairs room is very large). Because my daughter has difficulty with stairs, this worked very well for us. There was a seating area upstairs, and a breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen. This would be an ideal place for four or five people traveling together to stay, privacy and space both.

The tube station is three blocks away, with direct service into the heart of London, as well as train service (in the same station). Very easy, very convenient. The area is very safe (I came back alone one evening after dark and felt completely comfortable).

Meena and Harley, our hosts, are very interesting people, and provided good advice for our stay. Meena cooked a great breakfast every day, varying it slightly over time. The lovely garden had flowers that scented the air, and the birds sang. The internet worked well.

I would be delighted to stay in any property that they run, but would particularly love to stay with Harley and Meena again. It was a wonderful experience.

Room Tip: Only one group of guests is there at a time.

B&B that provides more than a bed, as the accommodation is in a characterful, self-contained, two-storey coach house. Friendly, interesting hosts who make the time to chat and provide advice over breakfast. If your party needs more than one bedroom, then this provides especially good value when compared with the conventional charge per room. Very happy with all aspects of our stay.

Gourmet breakfast, private entrance and close to the underground made this an ideal spot to stay. The private accodomations made it easy to come and go without disturbing the owners and offered a "home away from home" experience. I can't say enough about the wonderful breakfasts I enjoyed every morning. Meena is a true gourmet chef and prepared lovely, hot morning feasts that I will be trying to duplicate back home. One word description of this facility would be "charming." I would recommend to any independent traveler that is eager for the B & B experience and desires a little more privacy. Lovely!

The Coach House is a nice, comfortable option if you wish to stay outside of the hustle, bustle of London. It's located in Belham, just a short tube ride into Central London. It's also a much more affordable option than staying in Central London.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, the full English breakfast included is very tasty.
We liked the Coach House, but felt that it lacked warmth.
In all fairness, we were totally spoiled at another B&B in England, and so all others now pale in comparison. But, yes....we liked the Coach House and would stay there again.

Harley and Meena were fantastic hosts. They were able to answer our many questions every morning at breakfast, including tips on travel to our destinations for the day. They also arranged for transport to and from the airport.

The Coach House was perfect for two couples traveling together. The neighborhood was quiet, but an easy trip on the Tube into central London.
