Messy service, poor Management, for some reason we weren't allowed in the first time because it was "too busy" nobody seems to be in charge. Not coming back and pick your stuff more carefully or get them trained better. Not coming back

Waited for 18 minutes to be served, and when asked for burger or tart ( 2 out of 6-7 things they have on menu) - they said they don’t have it.
I lost time and nerve cells.
Do NOT recommend. As top 1% contributor to TripAdvisor - I strongly discourage you going there.

Cool venue , but my , don’t the staff know it ! I had booked a table to celebrate my daughters birthday , so interesting that we were kept waiting while a couple who asked for a table on spec were seated at the bar long before we were attended too .
A mardy waitress tried to seat us inside and reluctantly found us a table outside ( there were plenty ) at my request . I asked if we could go in a pod and was told they were all reserved , however , the table opposite was empty our entire visit .

Our waiter, Jamie , was great and his cheerfulness made up for the other sulky staff, who gave the impression that they just didn’t want to be there. For example, my daughter asked a waitress to take a picture- it was her birthday after all,but she busied herself wiping empty tables before agreeing reluctantly to the task.

Despite the lack of customer care, the food was surprisingly good . I had a lively hava bean humous on flat bread and the birthday girl enjoyed squid and aioli . My mackerel salad was tasty and fresh as was the chicken salad .

It’s a fab venue and the food was good value , but I can’t recommend it and I wouldn’t go back . The venue doesn’t seem to understand that food is only one ingredient to having a good time , the staff need to inject a bit of energy to the occasion. Jamie has clearly got it , the rest of them should follow his lead !

Love love love this place! The pods are absolutely amazing! We visited for breakfast on a lovely summers day and the views were something else. The service was fantastic and all staff were very chatty. The choice of food was extensive and the portion sizes excellent.
We will definitely be returning for an evening meal and cocktails!
A true hidden gem that makes you forget you are in the hustle and bustle that is London

I was here twice on a recent trip to London. They have such a stream of tourists that service is not as good as it should be. The waiters are friendly (apart from one behind the outside bar who thought he is a gift to
Human kind), but the service is slow. We waited more than 20 mins for a glass of champagne and white wine.
The menu is not too bad.
