Popped in here for a (veggie) full English and was taken by how tasty it was. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, and spinach was a surprising but tasty addition to the plate. The staff were very friendly and the pub had a really nice atmosphere - we loved the quirky prints from the 1800s en route to the restrooms.

It was too early for an alcoholic drink, but there was a good selection available at the bar.

Been here twice now for a family Sunday lunch and have not been disappointed. Really great portion sizes of beautifully cooked food. The roast pork was a particular favourite with cracking to die for. Good selection for the kids with the only downside being trying to find a table as it gets so busy.

Went to have a pint, as I was waiting take away food. Nice staff, and people. Was a bit crowded. Horrible singer was ruining my pint, as it sounded like someone's being tortured right there at the pub corner.

The pub was in close proximity to the Mombray Court Hotel! Food was great at an affordable price! Hamburgers highly recommended, am excellent example of a British pub!
