I booked this hotel purely on location as i am in a wheelchair and require an accessible underground station.

I booked through expedia assured it was a disabled friendly hotel. On arrival there were steps up to door of hotel. A porter stood and watched while i had to get out of wheelchair and attempt to get up stairs whilst my friend struggled to carry wheelchair up steps. Unacceptable.

The hotel tried to give me a second floor room but i had to ask for a ground floor and they reluctantly obliged.

The room smelt smoky on entry and we complained to reception and they said previous guests must have smoked. Again unacceptable.

The shower was really big which was the only good point. Room was quite small and noise of trains audible from 5am. The walls are quite thin as i awoke in the morning to the sound of a man vomitting upstairs.

The reception area had a very strong smell of marijuana on a few occasions also.

The room was fairly clean. It is not feasible for me to stay here again due to steps however if you dont need to sleep and need a clean place to leave your things and dont mind the smell of smoke then stay here.

Stopped her just before Christmas. Perfect for what we wanted as we had a packed schedule and were only using the room as a base and a place to kip. Rooms were small but clean and well looked after. There's talk on her of tube noise, it doesn't stop you sleeping it's barely audible.

Tiny rooms, even tinier bathrooms, lacking cleanliness. Wonderful views from rooms to nowhere. Paying wifi, which doesn't work properly. Noisy beds, very uncomfortable. To avoid if possible.

The only plus is the location if you do not want to go away from Kings Cross St. Pancras station.

Room Tip: Visit them, before accepting any, or you can find yourself in the basement in a small case.

Stayed in the hostel and the beginning of my Eurotrip. It was pretty boring and the guests definitely weren't friendly. Granted, this was my first ever hostel I stayed in so I had nothing to compare to. After staying in 3 other hostels, I'd say this one was the worst. The bathrooms are disgusting. Staff is okay. Wifi only works in the tiny lounge area which closes at 11. "Free breakfast" consisted of bread and warm milk. Definitely not worth waking up early for. The only good thing about this is it's close location to the train station.

Visited this hotel in late December, it was clean, quiet, friendly and the staff were helpful.

WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Very good for visiting London three stops from Leicester Square.

Mac D's and Burger King and Shop all within 50 meters.

Room Tip: I was in a front room opposite Kings Cross Station and it was still quiet.
