Good food, nice atmosphere. Steak tasted very nice, Chorizo also. Bread basket could be a little more generous, you need bread to mop up the sauce and meat juices. Dulce de Leche ice cream a must! Overall a good experience!

We all enjoyed the company of George, the owner of the restaurant, who was really aware of our dissatisfaction with the service. He generously compensated the forgetful service by making a nice conversation and inviting us for some drinks and delicious ice-cream (dulce de leche). However it was included in the buffet, apparently, it was not offered by the waiters. Lack of communication there to improve maybe? Then rounded off by some opera singing with two top class tenors!

After being recommended to eat here i have to say that it was excellent
from the moment we entered the atmosphere was great
the waiter recommended some wines and dishes and my son and I went with the
flow being our first time there
we were not disappointed
the seasoned steaks cooked on the carco add a fantastic flavour and the cooked provolone cheese was a first and it was great
the wine complimented the meat and over all had a great relaxing evening
not rushed and not totally neglected
I will come return with the rest of the family

Firstly, the food was pretty darn good; chorizo in cider was really tasty, steak was cooked as requested, mash was ok.

The service seemed novice, however. Those 'waiting' seemed more involved in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers, making it difficult to get their attention to make our order.
One of the waitresses regularly kicked the back of my chair as she passed - with no recognition or apology - a little irritating after the 6/7th time.
The soup was served before the requisite eating implement (a spoon!).
We had to ask for the water to be topped-up, I offered the jug for refill but they left it on our table, empty, taking up space but serving no purpose.
Drink order was misunderstood, that's down to a language thing, so forgivable.

They're only small things, but overall it wasn't a refined operation - they didn't pay attention to the details, and that affects overall enjoyment.
