Terrific value, terrific location, and a wonderfully helpful staff. The hotel felt very modern, very boutique. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Certaily, the smaill Italian coffee bar 2 doors down was a much better value for breakfast (and they had GREAT coffee!).

The bathroom was probably the nicest I've expereinced in Europe. Awesome shower, and very spacious layout.

Great location - close to Paddington station, and close to Hyde Park. The local restaurants weren't that impresive, but getting around is so easy, it didn't matter.

Room Tip: A lttile bit of street noise, but nothing too terrible.

This hotel was truly a great hotel in many respects. It is located in Paddington London, which is very close to the "tube' underground, and train station, which makes it very easy to get the express train to the airport.

But most of all, the Indigo Hotel (with the Fibonacci theme) gave us, a great room, clean, modern, and with nicely designed. The service was excellent, and could not have been more helpful. In addition, we received some unexpected and welcomed surprises, such as complementary drinks, and movies.

Great also because this Hotel to me represented very good value for money, whilst still staying at a well run first class Hotel.

As a traveller from Australia who needed easy access to the airport and also easy access to the tube city shopping, and restaurants.

Very comfortable, modern, and excellent service.
I also liked the Fibonacci theme which is incorporated into the hotel design. If you look closely, you can see the Fibonacci theme expressed in many subtle ways, the way the room is designed, setout, etc.

I would definitely stay there again if I was transiting through London.

Gabriel Gallo, Brisbane, Qld, Australia

Small but very modern rooms , nespresso coffee maker, free soft-drinks and wi fi. 2nd night moved to a bigger room which was much better. Staff very helpful regarding events and tips. Hotel bistro is also okay with outdoor dining and good service. Real gem is to be close to Paddington Station which has the rapid Heathrow train and subway to everywhere. 5 minute walk to Hyde park and several good pubs and restaurants.

While the stay did not have a very high bar to meet, they surpassed every expectation that we had for our last night in London. Our original hotel room was cancelled without our knowledge so we were a little desperate for somewhere to stay. The woman working the desk was beyond helpful and set us up with a king room at a bit of a discount and gave us passes for their breakfast in the morning. The inside of the hotel was immaculate and contemporarily decorated. Our room was right in front of the elevator but we did not have any issues with noise. The room had a nice view of London Street with minimal street noise (they provided ear plugs in the event the noise was too much). The room was small but well appointed with an upholstered bench at the foot of the bed good for suitcases and a desk complete with espresso maker. The shower was amazing with a large waterfall head and a hand sprayer as well. The bed was very comfortable. The only oddity was that you had to have reception adjust the air temp, but she turned it a few degrees colder without hesitation.
The hotel is located on a nice street that seems to be open pretty late, but was a nice crowd out walking even late. We found a delicious Chinese food and shwarma place around the corner where we got take away to go back to the room.
The breakfast in the morning was very good. They had a cold buffet with cereal, boiled eggs, croissants, some fresh fruit, parfaits and some cold cuts. The eggs we ordered were cooked very well and the coffee was delicious. All the staff we encountered were very nice.
I can't thank the woman who helped us enough!

We have stayed here several times, my husband is a royal ambassador in the ihg chain and this is the only hotel that lets the side down, in our opinion. Yes it is trendy, well appointed, clean and modern although I find the bed too firm for comfort, the pillows small and lumpy and the noise from the road definitely prevents sleep. To this end we requested a quiet room and noted this on our profile for room choice preference, but in the dozen or so times we have stayed, only once have we been given a room off the front. The wifi is always slow here as previous poster stated and our early morning alarm call came late. We do not find the front desk staff responsive to our disappointments, nor do they understand how to treat complaints or have the means to put things right. Then this latest stay capped it all in poor customer service. We had booked full English breakfast and paid in advance. On checking in once again there was no personal welcome back greeting and the young man said breakfast was served from 7am. Straightaway we advised this would be too late for us as we had an early flight to catch, he offered the earliest they could do it for was 630 so we agreed on that. We duly went down the next morning at 630 only to be told no we could not have breakfast, nothing had been booked or noted and worse still the girl on reception refused to refund the charge! So we paid for something we could not have and they could not provide, nor could she produce a refund or anyone with authority to give one, nothing short of scandalous.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, that it is super close to the heathrow express and it is for this reason only that we stay. It could be so much better and having stayed at the indigo in Newcastle, where the staff personally recognised, greeted and could not do enough for you or put things right, the 2 hotels are like chalk and cheese. I would not rate this 4star and it is a very bad example of a IHG hotel.

Room Tip: No point giving a tip as they ignore it anyway! As a royal ambassador level you would have hoped you...

As I stay +100 nights at hotels every year I am not often impressed arriving to a hotel I never stayed at before. This was an exception. What a great hotel and stunning service minded staff. I will absolutely stay here again.
Not so big room but very cool style, nice furniture and best of all, a really comfortable bed - three great mornings after a good night sleep.

Keep up the good work :-)

Our room was beautiful, small but well designed with everything we needed. Complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar, decent in room coffee machine, robes, slippers, nice aveda toiletries, firm but very comfortable bed and a good sized tv. There was a good selection of in room food although we didn't try it but breakfast the next morning was excellent. Also on road parking was free from 6:30pm on Saturday and all day Sunday which was a very welcome bonus. We had issues with getting back into our room after 12:00 on the Sunday which did take a little to long to sort out at reception. We had confirmed a 2pm check out as priority club members on check in but they for some reason failed to set the key cards correctly. All in all a unwelcome glitch but it wouldn't put us off of returning or recommending to to others
