Beware - hotel may seek to move you to its "sister hotel," even after confirming the booking. I had a reservation (for which I had prepaid), arrived at Hotel Indigo before my room was ready, and dropped off my bags. I was assured that my room would be ready later. Nothing unusual in any of that.
When I returned, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, and I would be transferred to the sister hotel. When I protested at length, the front desk managed to find a room. I might expect this kind of game from a Eurorail hostel, not a hotel at which I'd booked months earlier.
Hotel Indigo may make a business decision to overbook. I'll choose to never stay in its hotels again.More
