With so many different races and cultures, It feels like you are in an airport
This place is interesting because you get to see so many different people from all countries and cultures, mainly Muslims and Asians , There are a wide variety of stores and there is a luxury area called £the village" public transport is good but road links are poor given the lack of investments in london's roads, meaning there is lots of traffic here.

Be careful as there is considerable amount of crime in the shepherds bush area

My friend's kids myself and my kids all went to the Westfield ice skating rink and it was such a good idea. We are all beginner ice skaters but the staff were all very helpful and kept coming to our aid. There was particularly wonderful girl called Nada who was extremely helpful and kept coming back to check on us and even too some pictures of us as a family. Such a wonderful and unforgettable experience for all of us and will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately the ice rink at Westfield is the worst run attraction I’ve ever been to. Complete chaos, too many people on the ice, going to wrong way and crashing into people and then only 1 person to give back the shoes at the end. Waited for 25 mins to get shoes back despite leaving the ice early “to beat the queue”. What a waste of nearly £40 for 2 people.

One of my favourite locations for shopping in London. Most of the shops are available at the mall including boots and Zara as well as the top end luxury brands. Loads of restaurants and cafes as well as a cinema.

We had made a reservation and paid a deposit for a Saturday evening, there were 9 of us (aged 17-50). There were empty tables and appeared to be plenty of staff. After 25 minutes no one had appeared to take our order, we really wanted drinks while we looked at the menu so one of our party left the table to search for waiting staff. The drinks order was taken along with our food order at the same time. Nothing and no one had appeared after 50 minutes so again we went in search of our drinks to be told they had no glasses!! (That’s because they don’t clear the tables often enough, dirty plates and glasses on various tables around us, our starters plates were still on our table when they brought the mains over!) We spoke to a member of staff who got the manager, he listened without commenting (not even an apology) and the rest of the evening they over compensated with staff checking in on the table regularly, they’d obviously been spoken to. The food WAS nice and came with all the ‘tweeks’ we had asked for that come with fussy eaters however our experience had already been ruined. Our bill arrived without us even being asked if we had wanted any puddings it was almost 11pm by then and our table was booked for 8.30.
