“Great Location and Helpful Staff”
Reviewed 26 December 2013

You cannot beat the location of this hotel - only a 5 minute walk from the Earl's Court tube station. You can be just about anywhere in London in about 30 minutes! I arrived at about 9AM after an overnight flight and the gentleman at the front desk person was very gracious and explained that my room would not be ready until at least 2 PM (not an issue). He happily took my bag so I could begin exploring. Upon my return in the afternoon, the room was ready. I booked a single room which was at the front of the hotel. The room was small, but this is London and it was a single room. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was just about spotless - no complaints here. My only issue with the hotel was other travelers allowing their doors to slam - not the fault of the hotel. I wish the Earl's Court area had a bit more variety of restaurants - again, not the hotel's fault.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel if I were to visit London again.

I stayed here for one night. The room was so tiny I had to lay on the bed at a weird angle to see the tv. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on in recent memory. The bathroom was so cramped that I burned my leg on the towel warmer/heater. The room and bed feel like a dorm room. The breakfast was 10 gbp and it was not very good and I felt like the staff felt annoyed I was in the room trying to eat. The front desk were pleasant. Overall I would not have been happy to stay here more than one evening. The only positive thing is location near the tube.

Stayed for the week on Business so was great not having to walk too far from Earls Court Station, well equipped Room and a lovely comfy bed. It was a pleasure to be greeted by friendly Staff after such long days.

We had a one night stay at this hotel. It is well located for Earls Court tube, being just a few minutes walk but not on a very busy road. The hotel is clean and in good decorative order. Our
Room 111 was at the back of the building on the first floor. It was pretty compact. It had tea and coffee making facilities, with plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate etc.
There wasn't a bath but the shower room was clean and stylish, there were toiletries .The Shower wasn't great but ok for us as it was only a 1 night stay.
We found the breakfast disapointing. It starts at 7am, we were there about ten past, and the first guests there, but the hot items on the buffet were mostly cold and we couldn't eat them. We had tea and coffee and there was a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts etc. I try not to be too negative in hotel reviews, but the poor breakfast let it down and I probably wouldn't stay again.

Having stayed at this property for the first time in the summer I knew what to expect when I once again booked a room here in november. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Just 2 minutes from Earls Court tube station. The beds in the hotel is also above average in quality. In terms of service it is not particulary good. The Front Office staff seems to be fed up and it shows. The rooms are quite small but modern looking. The breakfast is nothing special to write about as it was the standard things: Powder scrambled eggs, some dodgy sausages, 2-3 different types of jam and toast. Having said that the hotel is perfect if you are out sightseeing or something else for most of the day.

Very Good base for Central London and Earls Court. Very Clean, breakfast was good only drawback takes about 25 in room so delays if a glut at one time, room was big enough without being large, good bed Quiet sleep.
