Even though this restaurant is a bit off the beaten track (up Theberton Street), it’s worth visiting.
Carlos was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble: he opened the restaurant specially for us! (it doesn’t open for lunch on Tuesdays). The wine they have to choose from is extensive and reasonably priced and once again, Carlos was more than happy to help us. I ordered salmon with olive oil mash and it was really good.
The restaurant has a light, airy feel to it and I will definitely be returning.

Booked dinner at Humble Grape, a hidden gem just off the hustle and bustle of Upper Street. Had a special deal of three courses and unlimited Prosecco and didn't disappoint, the set menu was varied and the food we had was delicious. The service was very relaxed and friendly without being intrusive and the whole vibe with the background live music brought everything together perfectly.

My daughter and I had booked the three course dinner with prosecco deal which we enjoyed last night. The food was delicious, the service excellent and the staff were very attentive with the processo. The three courses were all good, we both had the pan fried salmon for our mains. My daughter had the excellent chocolate brownie and ice cream for pudding, she couldn't eat it all and rather regretted that she hadn't asked for a doggie bag to enjoy the rest later! We will return.

We stopped by for an after dinner drink and our server recommended we try a "different" rosé - which was perfect for the warm day, but more robust than many of its type. Our server was so enthusiastic and excited about the wines, we couldn't help but want to try it, and were duly impressed. It happened that the night we stopped in (Monday I believe), the restaurant has a promotion on bottles from the shop portion, so my sister and brother-in-law ended up buying a very nice red they had been eyeing for an incredible price. It looks from their website that they have other good promotions through the week. The food other diners had looked good, and we would definitely go back. We also enjoyed sitting by the open window on a nice day - it's a good layout in the bar area.

Our (adult) children treated my husband and I to a late lunch for Fathers Day yesterday. They had a great deal on which included unlimited prosecco with a three course meal. The food was freshly prepared and really delicious. The ambience gave a gentle hum as our table wasn’t booked till 3pm so the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff were really friendly and polite. The place is crammed to the hilt with an amazing wine selection . I would imagine one of their wine tastings would be very informative. The whole place was fresh and clean with a modern, contemporary decor. Hope to return some day, as it’s not at all local for us.
