We are blessed in Richmond - a great choice of Italian restaurants. We had walked by this restaurant many times and promising ourselves to visit. It had gone through a change of ownership so the service staff was out to make a good impression. Unfortunately, the peace inside was ruined by one individual who continued to spout total drivel in an annoying accent, but I did not let that ruin the meal. Starter of carpaccio was delicious followed by an absolutely superb papardelle with Lamb. We'd gone for the 2 course plus prosecco option and think that had we gone a la carte the portions would've been greater. Partner had ravioli, although delicious was a little bit on the heavy side. Ambience, shouty woman aside, was nice. Service great. We'd be happy to go back as value and quality was very good. Good choice on the menu card
