Nell Gwynn apartments— I booked 6 months early due to Harry & Megan Royal wedding. This building was “highly rated “ by TripAdvisor. Apparently, each unit is separately owned/operated. Mine was awful, & the building ‘s support staff was the same. I contacted the building staff on my 2nd day regarding what was wrong Upon arrival: broken freezer door, NO telephone service (9 days to resolve,) safe malfunctioning, internet instructions incorrect, 2nd TV broken/unusable, cleaning service about 10% of what was promised,part of decor missing—empty hooks all over. No response from staff after I wrote 2”Help” cards. I should have used the £5,000 for a good hotel.
