Overpriced for what it's worth. Bird droppings and pigeon feathers with the premises. They asked us... read more
Place has safety rules but they don’t enforce them, just make you sign a disclaimer so it’s your fault not theirs if your kid gets harmed. Didn’t feel safe and staff didn’t care about the kids. They let in way too many kids - it’s one per trampoline but they let in at least 4x that so so you just end up waiting or trying to restrain your excited kid. Sections of it including a massive slide and a climbing tower were “closed“ to toddlers for safety reasons but not physically closed off in any way (just a typed sign as if a 2 year old could read it) so kids could still access them. There was also an unsupervised duelling bridge over a foam pit where kids or adults fall off and can easily land on another kid. Both our kids both left with friction burns from sliding down sloping trampolines. Best thing from our perspective was it was over after just one hour, all that said kids do enjoy it.
I have been to this place with my daughters a saturday morning during the toddler session. I loved they have a lot of space as pram parking area and loved the fact they had Disney greatest hits playing in the background (my daughter enjoyed bouncing around while singing Let it go and Moana's songs). The session is pretty pricey to me and the fact I had to pay full price for a 1 year old that didn't even jump seemed nonsense. My younger daughter only really enjoyed the free soft play area. We surely will go again living so close by.
Went there with family, smaller than what it is. Staff are not friendly at all, miserably observing every move. Was told can not use the slide after we were inside and paid. I wouldn’t go back!
We visited yesterday for a 5 year olds birthday party.
On arrival it was disorganised and the staff were not informative. I know it’s not cheap to host a party there, I was looking into holding my son’s party there for next year. It was chaotic and sloppy from staff. They do have staff present to keep safety measures in place but again, they were not manning the gladiator battle part and a boy threw the heave red battle stick in my sons head..... there should have been a safety warden supervising the children in that area at all times. The trampoline part of the party was for an hour and then we were escorted upstairs in a cramp and small box. It was really tight with the parents standing in the stairs unable to really get in to supervise the children. It got really hot and the stairs and walls were grimy.
I have decided not to host my sons birthday there....
the party was only enjoyable because the hosts and people attending were good fun.
We were lucky enough to visit the ZAPspace trampoline park in Stratford today with four kids - aged 12, 10, 7 and 2.
They LOVED it.
In their own words:
“Great trampolines, much more varied than other parks I’ve been to”
“Loved it all, especially the tumble track, death slide and wobbly beam fighting”
“I liked it all because it was really fun. I especially liked the ninja net”
Good cafe, concise but well executed menu.
Just returned from a 6th birthday party and was amazed at the amount of staff keeping the children safe. It's a great place for your children to completely go wild on the trampolines, slides and climbing frames. In fact everything you need for a fun packed party. Our hosts were amazing and very attentive, I have to give them a mention as they were fabulous with us all. Their names were Faizah and Ayesha Aziz, a big THANK YOU. Your Manager should look after you girls as well as you looked after our group.
