“Lovely. Simply Lovely.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 May 2014

We had our first dinner in this place and returned here 4 times since. Love their Cod and Chips. Even the chicken is well marinated and tasty if you are not a fish lover. Very warm and lovely place that had us reluctant to return back home.

You might have difficultly finding this place because of its small entrance. But if you are near an Italian restaurant and Sainsbury waterloo (It is in between these two places), you are probably quite near.

“Good and cheap fish and chips”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 October 2013

We had a late lunch at this place recommended by the concierge of our hotel. The restaurant was not fancy but was very clean. Service was friendly and quick, and our fish and chips were fresh and tasty. Portions were large, especially the chips, and inexpensive (£8.95). Would definitely go back. Cash only.

“Fishy business”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 October 2013

Under the railway bridge at Waterloo this is a really nice fish and chips restaurant - no pretensions, good chips, decent portions or fish, lots of mushy peas, bread and butter and a large mug of tea - what more could you ask for? Well, you get a chocolate mint with the bill. They also have nice stomach filling puds of the apple pie and custard kind and have added a small salad counter. It has no pretensions, apart from the rather silly name, and the staff are friendly - when I couldn't open my tartare sauce the waitress did it for me unasked. Maybe not the best fish and chips in London - I don't go round inspecting such venues. But this is one I do go back to.
