Try the tasty square root soda rhubarb/ginger beer (homemade in Hackney). The pub also has an open kitchen and offers international dishes including a wide range of wines. This place is right at the end of Chiswick High street. You can people watch from one of their tables under the awning at the front or take a seat in their pretty beer garden around the back.

Bar staff are friendly and adopt a 'customer is always right' attitude to their clientèle.

After a foot wrecking walk around the city sites this pub was like a little oasis.
Very freindly staff, they know their stuff and they know who is next at the bar. We only had drinks relaxed in a big soft comfy chesterfield couch. The garden out back is a good size and the open kitchen was very busy.
The food looked very tasty and a couple of people we talked to said it's really good.
We were in beer mode but will be back.
Well worth a visit any time.

Like my grandfathers livingroom you can sink into a gorgeous leather couch and read a newspaper or book and escape the high street. I adore this pub and always end up creating a tab. Range of beer will keep your taste buds amused for hours ! Lovely staff and a great atmosphere.

Food is a high quality pub food. We had the fish & chips and calamari which was excellent. Service was good.

When we arrived yesterday the first thing that hit us was the buzzing atmosphere, which definitely livened the place up. The garden outside is a great way to enjoy a summer’s evening, and even if it gets a little cold they have heaps of blankets to use. The service at the pub is also very good, with very nice waitresses and efficient food. Lastly, the food was excellent: for starters I had the calamari which was light and crispy, and a great way to start the evening. The fish and chips for mains was also delicious, with the pub managing to achieve quantity and great quality for only £13.50. My mother had the risotto, and said that “It was one of the best she’s ever had.” In all, the roebuck is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal in a great atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it.
