Indali Lounge is unlike the typical Indian restaurants you find anywhere else. Apart from the plush and relaxing dining experience, the food is untypical of the usual heavy curries and gravies that taste identical from one dish to the next. We had the elaborate vegetarian menu and their version of prawn briyani. The level of fresheness and distinct taste of individual spices from cardammon to fenguneek is very present. Their paneer three ways - roasted, smoked and in a sauce is like no other peneer. Even the humble raita was divine which diners usually leave behind. The prawn briyani was packed full of flavour and equal ratio of prawns to rice which was amazing.
