The hotel is close to everything, nice and clean but not good for long stay. The rooms are small, the shower is in poor condition and there's no place for the clothes. Staff is very nice and polite.

We stayed here for one night on the 13th January, wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious and smelt new. I like their idea of imposing a big fine (£200, I think) to anyone who leaves a smell of cigarette smoke behind in the room. That is enough to stop anyone having a crafty fag and spoiling it for others.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a Grohe drench shower, which was very powerful.

Unfortunately, Alfie's restaurant was closed for refurbishment so I can't comment on that.

We used buses to and from the west end with no problem.

We will definitely visit again.

Liz

This hotel is a great find as it was lovely, well designed and stylish, and cost less than £100 per night. It is a 5 minute walk from Tower Bridge and is situated on Bermondsey Square which has a cafe, bookstore and at the weekend there were market stalls.

The surrounding area further into Burmondsey is not quite so desirable, so my advice would be to walk to London Bridge tube station rather than Bermondsey as its the same distance away.

The rooms are well laid out and have Apple TVs and free Wifi. The bedding, linen, towels and other facilities in the room such as the hair dryer and iron were all of the highest quality and the wet room shower was lovely.

The staff were all helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: There are great views of London from the top floor rooms.

This is a good hotel with well furnished modern rooms. I stay here quite often when in London its a good location close to tube main roads in/out.

The hotel is set in its own little square which is nice, as you can sit outside weather permiting and enjoy some peaceand quiet with a beer whilst been in a busy area of London.

The rooms are functional and modern, comfy beds, modern art works on the wall, desk and plenty of sockets for lap top, phone chargers etc etc. Free wi-fiand nice flat screen tv powered by apple tv boxes.

I ve still yet to eat in the restaurant yet as thats the one area that lets this hotel down for me. The restaurant and bar seem to lack any sort of atmosphere so I cant comment on the food although the menu looks ok.

Over all always a comfortable night sleep with everything I need. Definitly worth a visit.

:-)

Room Tip: If you want to splash out on a special occasion, book one of the suites with a outdoor roof top jacu...

The décor of this hotel is gorgeous – really funky and modern.
Comfy bed, apple TV, floor to ceiling window, desk and small dressing table with mirror in the room and a massive walk in shower in the ensuite bathroom.
Helpful and professional staff on Reception.
We didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel’s restaurant but it did look nice.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in staying here again.

We had a very enjoyable short stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean with a view over the square. the shower was wonderful. The staff were helpful. The area around the hotel is quite lively and there is a cinema and Sainsburys opposite.

This boutique hotel is well placed on Bermondsey Street which is really buzzy and full of great bars, restaurants and shops. Its good value for London if you book the web rate and the rooms are stylish and well appointed.
The only down side is the lack of parking (nearest NCP is a good 10 minute walk and £20 a day) and I was disappointed with the breakfast which wasn't in keeing with the vibe of the restaurant and was expensive.
