We visited Frankie's on a Saturday night and the reservation was made 3 weeks earlier but when we arrived we didn't have a table hence had to wait for half an hour. The food was brilliant as expected and the ambience was good. But unfortunately the service let us down to the point where our food was late and we stayed at the restaurant for more than 3 hours to finish the 3 courses. We were ignored by the servers so much that we had to walk up to a server to ask to pay the bill as we waited close to an hour after dessert. It was a shame that Marco recruited staff that were so incompetent and a restaurant manager who's so blind eyed towards customer complaints!! Hats off to the girl at the reception as she knew what customer service was all about and at least apologized and helped us out when we're waiting for a table.
