I was taken to this new restaurant as a surprise. We had a warm welcome to a beautiful place and met friends who were similarly anticipating a delicious meal. The food was good and especially the duck liver but the service was like Faulty Towers. The mistakes were those that would have been made by very junior waiters. This would have been forgiven if the effect was just funny but it resulted in us making us feel unwelcome. We would have ordered more and spent more time enjoying the ambiance but we gave up - yet the final chocolates were excellent. This is a place to eat and will do well if they get their service right and make the customers feel welcome.
