This is not your average "mall food venue". They serve very good food, the service is great and the place is very nicely decorated. It is also quite affordable too so it's definitely worth it.

In such a massive complex I wasn't expecting such good food and Service from a restaurant there. How wrong I was. Mixed dishes from the Middle East and the med had a big sharing platter between the two of us and it was all lovely. Also sell teas and delicacies from the same regions. Fully accessible would definitely go again.

Living close to the Westfield shopping center, over the last few years we tried every restaurant in there and there are some good ones (Busaba Eathai never disappoints, nor does Balans). We tried Del Aziz when it first opened and had a pretty average experience so we thought we’ll give it another go two years later. What a mistake! Service was terrible, basically a couple of guys not interested in customers at all just chatting away the whole time. We asked for the menu 3 times! The place was not busy. Then the food arrived! Supposedly Middle Eastern food, they have decided to go more and more into bistro mode with an extensive breakfast /brunch menu. Some dishes have a Mediterranean twist such as eggs Benedict on Moroccan muffins. We had a mixed platter of mezze. Worst humus I’ve ever had, dry and tasteless and I’m still wondering what meat was in the 3 meat balls.. Then we had chicken tagine. The chicken was as dry as if it stayed one week on the beach in Ibiza! The whole idea of a tagine is that the meat cooks in the tagine dish and the chicken is kept moist by the vapor and sauce. Finally the couscous was so lumpy it was as if they ask a Japanese chef expert in sticky rice to prepare it. We complained but they didn’t seem that bothered. It was a really awful meal with a bunch of staff that does not care about being there. We tried Del Aziz before in Fulham and the food and the staff was very good. So I’m not saying don’t go to this chain but do not go to the one in the Westfield Shepherds Bush!

Went there last week and couldn't believe I haven't done that earlier as I shop in Westfield frequently. This place is great! The service couldn't be better, our waiter was really nice and helpful, the cocktails and food arrived fast and was all yummy and the belly dancer made a great entertainment. Will surely go back!
