For me, cleanliness is the most important thing and this B&B was exactly that. It was also quiet. Tomiko is very helpful. In total it was good value and I will visit again.

Stayed here for five nights and it was a place where breakfast was self helped (Different from the bed and breakfast guesthouses we stayed in other parts of England). On the first night at the hostel, we were going through the items in the fridge where there was bread which might have been kept there for quite some time; a pack of Soy Milk which dated 2012 expire, now period is only mid of 2011 and a packet of juice that looked like longed to be touched. Special request will be a pot of fresh tea leaves and cost at one Pound.

The beds were tidied only after we made full payment of our stay. Toilets facilities are clean and it is outside the rooms. From our past experiences staying in b & bs , guesthouses or even hostels, toilets which are outside are for sharing. Apparently, we have been pushed around on the usage of the toilet, to the extent of locking up one of the bigger toilet which we were told to give up as they were a family that had more members than us.

We may not understand how this B & B work their policy but we thought that any toilets which are outside the rooms are meant to be shared. And maybe we should have a key to the toilet which we were assigned to. If you are looking for a bed to crash and have plans for your own breakfast, this is the place to come to. If you are looking for a bed and able to have a FRESHLY prepared breakfast, you may want to pay a little more than this.

Breakfast was uninspired and somewhat meager relative to other places I've stayed. Nothing cooked. But that's reflected in the price. 10 minute walk to the tube, then 30-45 minutes Tube to many parts of London. Again, that's the price you pay for a relatively inexpensive accommodation. The front room had two twin beds and was formerly a very small living room. It was clean, beds were adequate, but was definitely cramped. Funky dated decor with wires, extension cords, spaceheaters, etc. Finally, the dedicated bath was a hike down a hallway. Tomiko does her best to be helpful, but is basically out of sight. As I didn't have a phone, we communicated via email, which worked out fairly well. She is eager to helpl.

I've stayed at FulhamBB several time in the past 2 years, both with family and friends. I consider it my "home in London".

Tomiko is a great host and she really makes you feel welcome.
The house is comfortable and clean. Close to bus stop (day&night) and tube station (5-10 mins walk) if you want to move to the centre. Pubs, supermarket and attractions in the area if you want to stay local. Safe and pleasant neighbourhood.

Definitely recommended!

I visited my daughter in July of this year and chose the FulhamBB for the location. The BB was very clean and the welcome very friendly so much so that I would recommend this to anyone. I have another visit planned for Feb and my room is booked !

We appreciated warm and friendly welcome. We could enjoy staying in a cozy bedroom.
Everything was clean and comfortable. I'd like to visit again.
