Hotel filthy, staff cannot understand or speak English. Human disgrace. Never ever would go back to this hell hole. Wouldn't let a dog sleep here. A dog kennel would be cleaner and more comfortable. The place should be condemned. Stayed for one night and would not have stayed for another. Slept on top of the bed fully clothed would not have dreamt of getting into the bed!! No plug in sink, shower a disgrace, holes in the walls, all the flooring was loose - health and safety would have a field day!!!!!!

Room Tip: Look elsewhere!

This hotel is not the greatest, but for the location and how close it is to Paddington station, it'll suffice for a short day or two stay in London.Beds were for the most part clean. However, the only major concern I had was the toilet. It did not flush properly and if you were another couple make sure the next person to use the bathroom waits 10-15 min. No AC in room. Will go stay again if visiting London again! Cheers!!

Small rooms for a 'three star' hotel.
Yes, they have wi-fi internet but be warned - it is NOT free which seems unfair for a 'threee stars' hotel considering other 3* hotels include free wi fi.

Last cost was £6 + for THREE hours usage only.

Smaller room than expected but satisfactory.

Bonus is that it is near the huge Paddington Train Station which has routes to all of the west of the UK including Wales.
This hotel is near the Yellow Circle metro/underground line and so near the centre using Central lines. Also can walk to Hyde park from here. Fast food services available up the street all night. Breakfast was is included here but standard and simple. Tea/Coffee facility in room.

Room Tip: I would not choose a single room again

What can be said? The room was clean and it looks like they have painted the old walls, but that cannot hide how old and tired this is. The bath, clean, but so old and weared out. Shower worked the first 24 hours, but after that you could hardly wet your self. Breakfast was included, but the breakfast room was not a room you would like to stay in, far less eat.. Maybe it is tough to be close to Hilton, but this is max 1 star and is too expensive for the one star. Only if you are desperate..

Stayed Saturday night. The hotel is very basic but it depends what you are looking for. If you are not spending much time in the hotel, it is ideal. If going to sporting event for weekend or concert it is great to use as a base.
It is a 2 minute walk to paddington station which has heathrow express, overground lines to other parts of country and tube to central london.
The hotel itself is a bit run down. Our bathroom was newly modernised with a large shower and the room itself was large and spacious. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellend - £85 for room in london is great. Other options would be double or treble price
