We were in Templeton place for 6 days, excellent apartment, newly decorated, air conditioned, beautiful shower, exactly as you see in the pictures.
Great service - very helpful and willing to help - in all matters (for example in web check in for the flight, finding an address etc...)
2 min walk from earl court tube station an very easily reached from Heathrow by the Piccadilly line.
Within a few min walk you can find cafe, restaurants, and supermarket.
Highly recommended
The only small complaint we had is the size of the refrigerator - a small minibar size.

We rented the studio and were there for a week for a trade show. We were thrilled to find a place so close to Earl's Court Exhibition Center (a few blocks), and with a small kitchen no less! Here's our review:

The Good: Very clean and modern with hardwood floors. Victoria was a very good manager. Very close to restaurants and shops.

The Bad: The worst thing was that the thermostat either blew out warm or frigid air. We were up and down adjusting all night. Hair dryer was permanently attached to closet so had to deal with drying hair in a dark mirror and it could not be moved. Frig was bar size. No blankets available; only goose down comforter which made us very hot quickly. The bed was quite hard as well as the pillows.

Toilet bowl was square, yes, square. Modern, interesting, but very uncomfortable. The Ugly: Whoever decorated this establishment had serious issues. Upon entering the establishment, you are met by a stautue of a naked man pointing a gun at you. As you make your way into the hall, the wall is decorated with artwork depicting bloody cows with bullet holes in their heads. In our studio, there was a large sign over the sofa saying, "I AM STRESSED!" Just what you want to see after a long day at work. Over the bed, it stated, "WHATEVER!" Like I said, this decorator must have major issues.

We won't be staying there in the future. Definitly not a warm, welcoming, nor comfortable establishment.

We are staying at Templeton Place during our stay in London and it is a gem. It is wonderful to have a fully equiped home you can call your own, to retreat to after dealing with the hurly burly of the city.Victoria Murphy is extremely helpful as is her colleague Steve Good air conditioning, well equiped kitchen near to transport, the 74 bus will take you straight through Kensington High Street to Marble Arch, the tube is nearby at Earl's Court but we have found buses and Black Cabs as a good way to deal with chaos of London traffic.. One of the best choices we made whilst planning our holiday was Templeton Place.

I am a bit equivocal about Templeton Place. It had many good points, and some bad ones that you should be aware of.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and although our reservation said that reception was open from 2 to 6, it was closed all day, and we had real problems getting in. They blamed me, as although my confirmation said reception was manned, some other page on their web site apparently said it was not. They were not able to offer a satisfactory explanation as to why our confirmation said it was manned. For the record, Victoria, the manager, is only there Monday to Friday 8 to 5.

So we did not see the bowl of fruit, and starter pack that others allude to. The fridge is minute as another reviewer has remarked, and we had difficulty storing much food in it

Now on to the more pleasant side, the apartment was really nice, large, spotless, and the kitchenette well fitted out. The bathroom was modern and well done.

So at the end of the day I would return there, but not without checking out the arrival procedures more thoroughly beforehand. It is central. It is well fitted out. At the price, a little shy on value for money

We had tons of apartments to choose from but we decided on this one. We still have a few more days to stay at Templeton but I didn't want to forget anything. Most important things to note: REALLY walking distance to Earls Court Underground, the 74 bus will take you everywhere and it stops just around the area of the apartment, the place had modern fittings. Most important to us? the washer/dryer. Take note, fridge was of the hotel size only. Air conditioning was great, natural lighting very important-2 big windows. if you want lights, very bright too and controlled in different areas even if the studio unit was small. I took note of all these because next time my kids travel, I want them to stay here. This place is sooooooooooooo convenient. this will be my last trip to London and I want to paint a mental picture to pass on to my kids and I want them to stay here on their next visit. The 74 bus will take you to most daily places you want to go to, In our case, Marble Arch, Knightsbridge, the Catholic church at Brompton Oratory, and back, one street across from the apartment, at Nevern Place. I will ask my daughter to post the pictures. There are a lot of apartment hotels and hotels near Earls Court Station, this we see daily. But this one we are sure now. I know how hard it is to rely on aparthotel reviews. We got lucky. OH, and the most important thing, free wireless internet!

Room Tip: Try to send private messages to former guests.

Earl's Court is an ideal location since it is so close to many hot spots and also has all the comforts (cafes, restaurants, etc). In addition, if your flight lands in Heathrow you just take the picadilly line and it takes you straight to Earl's Court, so no carrying around!!!!!!! As far as the hotel is concerned i have only good things to say. The place is clean, modern, comfortable, cosy and sooooooooo spacious. We stayed in a studio appartment in the 4th floor. When we arrived Victoria (the manager) who by the way is an excellent manager: polite, helpful and always there when you need her, explained everything regarding the hotel and showed us to our room. When we saw it we could not believe how great it was. There was a nespresso machine, a fridge, a kettle, teas, coffees, snacs and a bowl of fruit. There was also a washing machine which is very helpful in case you're stayimg for many days. The hotel also has a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine-when there is some..... The rooms are very spacious and quiet and so is the street. The beds are very comfortable and the free high speed internet will not disappoint you. There is also cable tv with many choices on what to watch, even though we were out all the time!!!!!! You feel like you are in your own home. Victoria is there from 8 to 5 and she can help you with anything you want. She can solve your problem even before you know you have it!!!!!! Anyway, the place is perfect. It has been a long time since i was on vacation and this hotel was definitely one of the main reasons i had such a wonderful time in beautiful London!!!!!! Thanks Victoria for the lovely time!!!

After spending a month travelling around Ireland and staying mainly in B&B, we were ready for some private space, with some extras to feel at home - washing machine, lounge space etc.
Templeton place was all that and more! We had a lovely room facing out onto Templeton place - noise was not a problem. Room had a flat screen tv, kitchen table with bowl full of fruit, a lovely little couch and coffee table. Nice big comfy bed - Oh I dream about that bed!
Bathroom was and roomy and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus a dishwasher), and we also had a washing machine/dyer.
Victoria was there every morning, smiling and ready to help with any questions we had - such a beautiful person.
Location is perfect, close to Earls court tube, lots of pubs, and places to eat - We had Indian- very good, we went to one of the pubs, gourmet burgers... there is just so much choice.
Can't wait to go back to London and We will be staying at templeton place!
