Stayed in Apartment No.1 on the 1st floor. A studio with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen area and bathroom. Quite spacious. 3 of us stayed there for a couple of nights but didn't spend a great deal of time actually in the apartment.

It won't win any awards, but reasonably priced, fairly decent condition and well located. They've raided Ikea for all the furniture and utensils (I know because I saw a few things I own myself!). Everything worked as it should.

Location is about 4-5 mins walk from Camden High St so its good for shops, bars, restaurants.

Was fully aware of the key pick up being elsewhere but it was only 10-15 mins walk and gave me a chance to get my bearings in the area. Very friendly at this check in and in earlier phone calls with their office. Thankfully, on check out you just leave the keys in the apartment so no trudging back to the office.

I liked this area (Camden), away from the main touristy areas of London but still only a 15 mins walk from Euston Station. As we were going to the cricket at Lords, it was well situated and even allowed us to cycle back using the Boris Bikes!

Would stay here again. Much better value than some of the grotty B&Bs on offer at £100+ a night.

We booked this apartment for my daughters 18th birthday because we wanted a close base to London town, at a good price but wanted somewhere we could come and go as we pleased and Regents Park was perfect.

We had all the amenities you could want, a well laid out spacious flat, there was no noise or bother from the locals and the tube was only at the end of the street about 3 minutes walk away.

For a family trip to London it was brilliant, thank you guys :)

We were searching for many days which hotel or apartment would be the best choice in cenral London for us. We decided this one because of the price and of the photos we saw. Reality came to please us much more than we expected. The apartment was exactly what we wanted, and further more. It was clean, warm, with new furniture, The building was quite quiet, and the best of all was the position of it. You could go everywhere, even by feet!! 5 min to Camden, 5 min to Euston central station, 20 min to British museum and 40 min walk to Westminster!!

The only bad thing was that you have to go and take the keys from another place nearby, about 10 min walk. That is a bit difficult when you arrive late at night.

Room Tip: Better for you to stay on top floors for more quiet. However we stayed on 1st floor and we didn'...

Overall quite happy with what we got. As usual the professional photos are flattering as the apartment was not quite as nice as pictures however there were no disappointments and it suited our purposes well.
There was plenty of space in the living area and the second bedroom which had an en-suite. The main bedroom was an unusual shape which made it a bit crowded but it all worked.
The location was quite and close to the tube station and local supermarkets and restaurants with only a 30 minute walk away Covent Garden and Trafalgar square.
Would suggest they improve the signage as the check in office, which is not at the apartments is slightly hidden up a small side street and could benefit with a larger sign.
Overall great value for money with a handy location.

The apartment was roomy, bright, clean and perfect for my family's trip to London. We booked a 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit and was surprised at just how big the place was. We were in a corner unit that had a wall of windows that looked out to the street below and the small park across the way. (Street noise did get a bit loud during commute hours when the windows were open.) The main area had a large dining table, futon, sitting chairs and the kitchen. Additionally, had a small balcony off the kitchen. Also there is a washer/dryer in the kitchen. (if need to do loads of laundry - there is a laundromat across the street.) Bedrooms had double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. No closets but there were open style wardrobes to hang clothing.
Great location in Camden, the Regents Park is in between two tube stations - out the front door - go right to Mornington Crescent, go left to Kings Cross and St. Pancras Rail Station. The Mornington Crescent side / Camden High Street has shops, clubs, bars and restaurants, grocery stores - more for locals. The St. Pancras / King's Cross has nicer cafes and grocery stores but are open when the station is open. Both are less than a 10 minute walk from Regents Park. Neighborhood is good, never felt unsafe walking around at any time, even at night.
TIP: You have to check in at a separate location to get the keys to the apartment. If you go to the address of the Regents Park Residence first, you'll be directed to go to the office to get keys via a sign on the door. Make sure to read paperwork to avoid this from happening! I had to direct some weary travelers to the office when they made this mistake. It's also a little bit of a walk from the office (located in Camden Town) to Regents Park Residence. It's not far but it'll take you 20 mins if you are hauling luggage...and exhausted if you just flew in!

We arranged for a three bedroom unit and found it to be perfect for our London visit with our four children. Our apartment was fairly basic but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in London. The master was nice and roomy with a queen sized bed. The other two rooms are quite small, just big enough for the beds and a small place to hang clothes but you won't be spending time there anyway and they do the job just fine for sleeping. The second bedroom had one full sized bed that our two younger children shared while the third bedroom had two singles for our two older children. Only one bath but perfectly nice and functional. The unit is a split level with bedrooms on the entry floor and the living/kitchen area upstairs. The living area was rather small with a couch and small TV but the kitchen area good sized and had seating for six. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and all the utensils and dinnerware you will need. It also had a small clothes washer/dryer but be warned, these small European washers do not hold a large amount of clothes and a normal cycle takes about four hours to wash and dry. You will need to supply your own detergent.

The neighborhood is OK and there are two options for the tube within easy walking distance, Mornington Crescent station and King's Cross tube and rail stations. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a neighborhood grocery store to stock up the apartment.

All in all the apartment was a much better value than the multiple hotel rooms we would have needed for six people.

As others have stated the check in is in a different location and, while they are available 24hrs a day you have to make special arrangements and pay an extra fee for check in after 9pm or early in the morning. There is no daily maid service and you have to reuse your towels unless you want to either wash them or trade them at the check in office for fresh towels.

Note that we thought the traffic noise the first night was a bit loud in the master but we discovered the window had been left cracked open. After closing it the second night was perfectly peaceful.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter and 3 grandchildren.
Check in is about a mile away in Greenland Place so be prepared to walk the streets with your cases. The receptionists here are mainly NOT British so come across as being quite stern. You can leave your luggage here if you need to as they have a large secure store cupboard.
We stayed in apartment number 13 which is high up on the 4th floor. You need to be fit to climb the stairs-- and the lift only goes to the 3rd floor!
The apartment is quiet (because of its position)
However it is very basic. The only 'comfy' seats are on a very dubious futon.Other than that there is a dining table with 6 dining chairs. There are absolutely NO instructions on how to unfold this futon which is really difficult. And although it says on a poster that the sheet is under the cover - we have yet to find it !!!!
The double bedroom is tiny. The twin bedroom is bigger but has a really odd 'wardrobe' with a mirror (HURRAY-- we found one!) However - to see through the mirror you have to stand on one of the beds!!
The plugs are situated 'miles ' away from this mirror or there is a tiny one in the double bedroom.
So if you want to dry your hair near a mirror--- tough!!!
The bathroom is adequate but the fan is very noisy!
Curiously there is a sign up asking guests NOT to pull the radiator off the wall-- excuse me but I am not in the habit of doing anything of the sort!!!
The kitchen area is adequate.with a washing machine, microwave and cooker.
There is a balcony which i suppose would be very nice in the summer.
All I can say is - the person who owns this apartment must NEVER have stayed in it - otherwise they would realise it isn't very comfortable????
Whoever owns it is obviously out for every penny they can get -- eg £75 if you lose the keys-- a large penealty if you are not out of there by 11am etc etc.
All in all though-- it served as a good base for us . Considering how much time we actually spent in the apartment we managed ok.
