Stayed here last weekend and it was absolutely terrible. The room had single glazing and the window had a crack in it so it felt like the road noise was literally in the room with us so no sleep for 3 nights. The room wasn't especially clean when we went in. Everything was so obviously cheap an for us Aussies we are paying 150 AUD a night and that is not cheap at all. Didn't even provide tea bags and a sachet of shampoo and conditioner. I understand as people are saying it is an apartment and not a hotel, well it didn't even act like an apartment. The fridge completely froze the milk we bought and so the next day I adjusted the settings and still, no luck and everything frozen. There was no washing up liquid and all of the cutlery and crockery was odds. The people on reception always acted as if they'd never seen us before in their lives, we borrowed an iron and there was no ironing board and clearly people had previously ironed on the carpet as there were iron marks. To add insult to injury if you want to leave your luggage there after you check out they charge you ten pounds.

Only 10-15 mins to Monument tune station was great value/location ratio. Room and bathroom small but what you get for what you pay you can't expect more, especially being in one of the most expensive cities in the world. Don't listen to negative comments below, you are staying in an apartment and not a hotel! Would recommend for a cheap place to stay close to London. Also a good neighbourhood!

I rented a Studio Apartment for a month at Dylan 60 in Jan 2014. Located very close to the Tube Station, Tesco Supermarket, Pubs, Exhibition Centre etc. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the reception (Parul) was very helpful and ever ready to answer any queries. She went out of her way to give tube directions and any information required. I would surely recommend this place to my friends. A good experience on the whole.

Apartment rented at DAK was clean. Furniture was old but everithing worked properly. Receptionists were always kind and helpful. They are located very close to Earl court tube stop, a Tesco supermarked 24h open, pubs and other.
Cheap and effective solution if you don't demand top class accomodation.

Upon arrival (at night), we were sent to another address - "no problem not far to walk" we were told. The first thing we noticed when entering reception, we could smell was someone cooking curry.
We squeezed into the lift, and walked sideways down the hallway to our room. The room was TINY - you could not see the whole tv from one of the beds due to the rickety wardrobe standing in the middle of the room. The bathroom was third world, except there was a toilet and not a hole in the ground.
Location was satisfactory. But for two nights at 168 GBP, this placed would have had to be on the grounds of Buckingham Palace to be worth that.
NEVER NEVER stay at this "accommodation"
The room looked nothing like the pictures online either

Room Tip: If you want a "good room" my tip is to look elsewhere.

Just spend as little time as possible in your rooms... its horrible. The front desk person left our bags unattended when we were waiting to check-in!!! not very safe. The water was leaking out from the floor from the fridge.... all night! Lamps not working. Was given incorrect Internet password. AVOID this "hotel"... Even though it's cheap it's not worth it. If I could give it a lower score I would.

After paying £85 to stay in your Paddington apartments, for a starter on arrival the room was ridiculously hot. We opened the window and turned the radiator off, only to return four hours later to a still ridiculous hot room. This was one of the factors that left us having a sleepless night. Also you can not move at all on the already small double bed without it creaking so loud it wakes you up. Everyone who entered and left the building woke us and every movement upstairs did, including them using the taps as the pipes were down our walls and noisy. The water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen were awful and pretty unusable and the shower never got any more than luke warm. The sheets had yellow stains on and the pillows and curtains had blood marks on and other general dirt. Also out of the plugs only 3 worked, meaning we had to use the kitchen plugs for charging stuff. After complaining to reception and calling your main desk, neither offered any help or an apology. I have now emailed your customer service email twice and they have no responded to me.
