“Nicely done hotel in London City center”
Reviewed 22 March 2013

Apex London Wall is a very nice place in London's City region. Relatively easy to access, through the nearby 'Moorgate' tube station, and within walking distance from Bank or Cannon Street tube stations it's well connected.

The hotel rooms are *very* clean, comfortable, entirely noise-free and have a really nice overall feeling. The personnel is rather helpful, gentle, and try to anticipate customer needs with a genial, welcoming spirit.

Overall a very good place.

Stayed here one night on a business trip to London. Service was good and the room was big and nice. Can't say that I think the hotel stands out in any way, can't complain about anything either. Unless I have a meeting in the neighborhood I will not come back.

Visited on 2 occasions during March and thought the hotel was generally excellent. The service in particular was exceptional. The only negative from my perspective was that both the rooms I had were very dark and, in my view, the lighting was generally inadequate. Mid-week cost was high but in line with London hotels generally. A bargain at week-ends but location is then not so good. Certainly recommend this hotel for business travellers to the City and I will certainly use it again.

I visit London reasonably regularly and most meetings are in the City . I have now started using this hotel for every trip and it meets all my needs . It is also a nice size and friendly . I hate large hotels that are part of chains

I used the hotel for one night for a business trip in March. The location is very convenient for meetings in the City, and is a 5 minute walk from Bank Tube station.
Room was large, comfortable and spotless, with very nice Elemis products. Room facilities are good, including a proper iron, ironing board and hairdryer (good for business traveller). Free bottled water was supplied.
I ordered room service, which arrived promptly. Breakfast next morning is table service, rather than buffet.
All staff were polite and friendly.

We booked a two night stay in a double room. The hotel is decorated beautifully in a contemporary style and colour scheme. The staff at check in were helpful and friendly and ensured we had everything we required. The room was very clean, had plenty of storage and quite spacious for an inner city hotel. The bathroom was large spotlessly clean with a bath and a large monsoon shower with a good supply of toiletries. The bed was comfortable with good quality bed linen and we were undisturbed by noise despite the room looking out over the street. The location, although not central has easy access to the tube and it was a short journey to all of the places we wished to see. We chose not to eat at the hotel and ate out at various restaurants for all of our meals as we wished to sample a variety of places. We had a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return. There was a slight problem with our bill on check out but this was quickly addressed with the minimum of fuss.

We was very happy with our stay at the Apex London Wall Hotel. Great location if you wanna stay in the City of London and the financial district. So close to restaurants and bars, and the tube stations Bank and Liverpool Street just a few mins away. The room was very nice, and even though we only had a standard double, it was all the little extras that you need. The staff was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived, really high class service. Breakfast was nice and we had room service too that was quick and easy. We are definetely coming back to this lovely hotel!
