“One night stay”

Hotel is well-placed in the City of London, near Barbican, Guildhall, etc. Well priced and very comfortable. Rooms spotless, beds and furnishings top quality. Pleasant bar and restaurant, but breakfast was not a good experience in our case. Bacon rock hard, as was the kipper. Staff were brilliant and cooked another kipper fresh. May have had a weekend crisis in catering? They took the breakfast charge off our bill. Very fair. Designery boutique hotel with gym.

Room Tip: We asked for a room by the life as my husband is disabled, and we got just that. The staff could not...

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for your review.

We are so glad you enjoyed the hotel's location, your room, and the hotel public areas. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding your breakfast. Our assurances that this is not the norm and we normally get very good comments about the freshness and quality of our breakfast. I do hope that we will be able to welcome you back again in the near future.

We stayed the weekend as part of my daughters 21st birthday celebrations. When booking the hotel I mentioned it was my daughters 21st and asked if they could source a nice room if possible. When checking in the reception staff wished her a happy birthday and presented us with free drink vouchers for the bar. My daughter was upgraded to one of the better balcony rooms and there was even a birthday card from the manger. They seriously went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel is very close to Moorgate tube station and Bank isn't much further. There Are plenty of buses which pass nearby and even a Boris bike station just around the corner. We found travelling into theatre land very easy and it was a very quick link to Euston station. The rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms come with both bath and shower. There is very little at fault with this hotel and booking direct was cheaper than some of the discount web shops. A great stay and great experience thank you for making my daughters stay special.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. The balcony rooms are nice but don't feel you get that much more for the mon...

Staff were uniformly helpful and efficient. The rooms were spacious and well equipped given the central location. Away from the bustle of the touristy areas yet very convenient for getting around. Food was reasonable rather than gourmet standard. Great value!

This is a small albeit good Hotel close to bank. So everyone having business there, could conveniently stay there.

Breakfast is okay (not great mind you), very friendly staff and the staff is extremely helpful. The room I had was very good quality (nice bath room, good bed, good Wifi, modern TV), but also very small.

This area is fairly lonely over the weekend, but about 10 minutes walking distance to St Pauls and a shopping centre.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink are affordable for the location. The rooms are amazing. Facilities include TV, BluRay player, tea and coffee (complimentary)... everything you need. Bathrooms are stunning, and you get to take home your rubber duck! The location is surprisingly peaceful.

After being unhappy with nearby accommodation, I enjoyed a two night stay in this haven of peace and luxury in the heart of the bustling City. Just the job after a hard day at the office! Staff excellent, nothing a bother and facilities just perfect. Table service for breakfast a huge improvement on the usual buffet bash. Will book again.

During our one night staying in London, we were happy to enjoy this Hotel, with all its kind, helpful and human staff. From the beginning we found nice faces smiling and providing advice and help when needed.

Room was amazing, with 2 Flat Screens, large and well set up bed, services like Nespresso coffee, iron and many others, and a balcony.

We took breakfast included and found another staff member, who she could also speak Spanish. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but so helpful on deciding menu.

In summary, a place to go again and enjoy!

Room Tip: Our room was quiet, and balcony was good as we are smokers....
