I don't know why people review The Walrus so favorably. It's easily the worst hostel I've stayed in. The hallways wreak of mould, and so did my room. It's very old. Waterloo Station is just a few hundred meters away so you hear trains all night and early in the morning.
The bathroom was a positive, and the location was pretty good. I won't be back. I couldn't wait to get out of this hole.
