I went to The Class Rooms for a family occasion, from start to finish the service was very slow, we were booked @ 8:30, received our drinks at 9ish, got the starter at 10 and the main at 11. It was too late for a desert by the time we had finished so we just ordered a bottle of champagne and a cake to come out......the champagne arrived but the cake didn't. When we went to pay the bill we asked for a discount as the we did not get all 3 courses in the groupon deal we had pre paid for. The service was slow but and food was not up to the quality expected. The bill also had a bottle of wine on it that we had not ordered, after a debate on this it was removed. I spoke to the manager/owner who was unsympathetic and seemed to rate her restaurant so much that she failed to see the problems. While we were voicing our opinions to the manager there was also another complaint. We failed to get an apology but were just informed that if we wanted a reduction on the bill then they would have to fire someone to account for the loss in takings. Overall poor management, average food and slow service.
